Lovely renovated hotel, family friendly. Lots of space in family appartement. Only swimming pool looked a little dated and a bit too small but rest top nodge.

Really lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Lovely modern bathroom and the shower had excellent pressure. The most perfect stay at Golden Tulip. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, the hotel was immaculate and in the best location. Pros - Clean room with comfy bed and good shower. Onsite parking and a good breakfast. 15 minutes walk to Tarnow central square and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Cons- noisy church bells that ring regularly into the night near by. A bit tired in some areas that could do with a revamp. I would stay here again and a good place for work trips.

Bathrooms need better shampoo conditioner and lotion. Their breakfast used to be really good in the past but it is declining.

We stayed here for two days while visiting family. The rooms were kid friendly (baby cot provided) and spacious. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well, which helped. I liked the location. I felt it was easy to get to the old town by walking 10 minutes. Parking lot was accessible, too. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean.

It was foggy and rainy during our stay, but the place still looked beautiful, calm and very relaxing. I very much enjoyed the hotel especially the spa and pool. I just hope that when we return next year, they'll have a plumper foam pillows!

Nice and very new hotel, well located. But the bedding leaves a lot to be desired: the sheets are small and don't cover your whole body, neither in length nor in width. The pillow is tiny and flat. It's a shame and it really detracts from the hotel.

We had the most amazing time at Hotel Stary right before Christmas time. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming, rooms are comfortable and food options are great for everyone. This is my second time staying in this hotel it looks alot better on the inside than it does outside nice big rooms the only thing that let's it down is the shower is tiny you can't turn around without nocking and adjusting the temperature but it it's location is brilliant it's very close to the old town

A good hotel with comfortably furnished rooms in the eastern part of Oświęcim, somewhat removed from the train station and concentration camp memorials. Breakfast is served from 6 a.m. and offers a wide selection. Unfortunately, there isn't much to do in the surrounding area.
