Excellent hotel, we are already here for the 3rd time, which is not usuall for us as we would like to visit different places. I would recommend it to our friends. Swimming pool and saunas are great but in some days (e.g.Saturday) was quite booked. Some people wearing swimming suite in saunas (not a issue of hotel, specially when you have signs on door - no swimming suite). Other days weere ok

The spa was very good I wish I could have used it more and for a massage too. Breakfast was nice the room has no USB sockets could do with a microwave in the kitchen we had. The room over looked the main road that gets noisy sometimes but not too badly. Overall we would stay there again

It was not possible to lower the temperature in the room nor to encrease the fan speed. This has been working before, perhaps just this room having the problem

The location of the hotel is very convenient to both the city center and the cobblestones. There is a lot of food nearby. There is a supermarket downstairs 15 minutes walk to the Jewish area. Overall very clean but no toothbrushes and slippers provided remember to bring your own

This hotel is in walking distance to old town and is on the edge (I think) of the historic Jewish Quarter. So much history to see as we walked every day (5) we didn’t have a tour. Husband got his fill of ancestor history and I got my fill of drooling over polish pottery. The cleaners were quiet and efficient the restaurant was absolutely delicious for dinner.

The room is quite nice with the staff really friendly to help you. Close to the bus station which you could take and arrive to city center for 15 mins

Excellent hotel. Have used several times for work. Is 20 mins walk along the river and over the bridge to old Krakow centre. Very good breakfast. Recommend getting a room on the front side as it overlooks the river and big wheel - really nice view especially at night.

Nice hotel, big pool, good stuff, great breakfast, just a bit expensive. Anti covid restrictions are not forced by the stuff, that is the reason fot one star down.

I think the Mercure is one of the best. It's a fantastic, large hotel with underground parking, a large pool, a spa, and a fitness center. The rooms are large and clean. The only issue is breakfast. Because of the coronavirus, you can't grab what you see and want, but you have to tell the waiter, and they'll bring it to you... It's a bit inconvenient, but the waiters are very nice!

There were HUGE numbers of kids, the one restaurant was so crowded for breakfast there was an extended wait line into the lobby. A great place for water sports, multiple pools. A small bowling area, a spa. Stark, streamlined, lobby seating and hotel rooms. Horrible internet.

This is a very clean, modern hotel with excellent food and a great range of spa services. The hot water springs provide a fantastic experience with several pools offering water yoga and Jacuzzi-type massages. The best is the so-called Bulgotnik. Highly recommended!

Its a cool place just the rooms are too small for the price and we requested a 3 bed room and they gave us 1 big bed and a couch that was very hard to sleep on. The food was allright wasnt the best but the pools where awsome

The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped and amazing condiment to old town and the train station.

When I mentioned an early morning check-out, they said it would be fine if I left my key at the front desk. They were waiting for me even though it was just before 6am that day. They sent me off with a smile. The trams are noisy early in the morning, but it's in the middle of a lively city. It's conveniently close to the station. There's no refrigerator, but the one inside the double-glazed windows...

I did find the noise from the trams passing by annoying at first, but soon tuned them out. Everything otherwise was excellent.

Very basic hotel - Air conditioning did not go below a certain number and it was boiling in the room - pointless having it! had to ask for a fan considering it was 36 degrees. This hotel is very basic, much like a travelodge. There are alot nicer/good location hotel to stay in for the same price. We only stayed here as easyjet would payout for a 3 star or less. Many of the 4 or 5 star hotels we looked at were lovely but after some research we realised the Pollera was in an equally great location, maybe 1 to 2 minutes walk away from such hotels, but way cheaper! Modern well presented hotel in Good location for exploring city centre. Was particularly impressed by the way one of the reception staff handle a complaint from a very rude self centred client. The client showed persistent agressive behaviour but they were handled politely and patiently by the receptionist.

2 hair dryers were in one bathroom and both did not work. Aside from that, the wifi is bad, constantly disconnecting and being slow. The rooms themselves are nice and cozy, but you’d expect those amenities to at least work.

Nice and very new hotel, well located. But the bedding leaves a lot to be desired: the sheets are small and don't cover your whole body, neither in length nor in width. The pillow is tiny and flat. It's a shame and it really detracts from the hotel.

Kraków is truly a beautiful city! The hotel’s location is excellent ！Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around. It was clean, with a lovely soft deep carpet, decent storage for clothing, comfortable bed, and bathroom with good lighting, a magnifying mirror and lovely toiletries. Temperature control kept reverting to a high temperature, not great for sleeping, but that was the only negative.

It is my understanding that this hotel very recently, underwent a renovation. That being said, when the room was booked, we booked a king. Kings are no longer an option in this room post-reno, so we dealt with a queen. This information was not relayed to us and no other options were provided. The room was TINY. A constant scent was sprayed into the room from somewhere and it wasn't exactly subtle....

Very pleasant stay. Well located nice breakfasts Lovely staff, rooms were clean very comfortable and quiet.
