I travel a lot for business and for leisure
At Focus Hotel I discovered that attention to detail which makes a place really special and which makes (at least for me) the difference:
Very polite, helpful, genuinely smiling staff from reception to kitchen and housekeeping
At the restaurant including at breakfast you have fresh flowers on each and every table
In the room you get daily 2 bottles of water, you have vanity kit, and a lot more ametist
Gym is really nice, there is a good sauna
Beds in the room are very comfortable, rooms are modern and spacious.

Clean nice hotel with good customer focus. Good location close to public transport. Staff was very friendly. Special thanks to Maksim from the bar who is very friendly and delivered us a great service in the bar.

Very, very small rooms and beds. Almost non existent closet. But excellent wifi (good for work), quiet neighborhood, literally a few steps from the train station, and includes parking although, it's a quiet residential neighborhood so you could park on the street for free. Also, the staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The only small issue was that the air conditioner wasn’t working, but since the weather was cold, it wasn’t a problem. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and relaxing place to stay.

The hotel is situated next to train tracks, although I didn’t mind, someone would definitely have a problem. The rooms were clean and orderly, nothing missing, fridge hairdryer etc. The breakfast was with plenty of options, typical hotel breakfast tho. The smoothie was amazing. The rooms are very sound proof, which is a big plus.

Very comfortable bed, outstanding breakfast, 👍☕️ very nice and service minded staff 👌 very clean rooms, nice shower and bath room, nice design, very good food in the restaurant, we will definitely stay here again 👍 we have stayed for 5 night, very convenient with the train and tram just short walk from hotel 👌

This hotel is fantastic, great staff, food, rooms and very clean. The blackout curtains made the room pitch black and bed was so comfortable I slept really well. It’s a 20 minute tram ride from the city center in a residential area.

I had visit many cities in Europe. I dont remember more clear room than this hotel. So polite staff in reseption, and generaly all
the staff.
With so reach breakfast. The tram, buses,train stations near by. Its the best choise in krakow.
And its restaurant has special dishes.
