great location, near the old town and the mall. big bed. i like that they provide a bottle and water refilling station at each floor.

Everything was wonderful, with very clean and comfortable rooms! What was especially pleasant for us was that the staff were kind and welcomed us with a smile. Hana at the reception explained everything to us about the city from the very first moment and guided us on where to eat and what is worth seeing. If I manage to visit the area again in the spring, I would definitely stay there again.

Overall this was one of our favorite hotels! The rooms were small, but very fresh, clean, and modern. The breakfasts were perhaps the very best we ever had. With warm entrees including delicious egg and mushroom dishes, creative salads, and wonderful pastries, our family felt like royal guests. The only downside was train noise, (we were on the back side and our window looked out at the tracks) but the noise slowed down at night and we didn't let it bother us. The hotel is a reasonably priced gem we would be happy to return to. Thanks to all the friendly and helpful staff and especially to the talented chefs.

Everything was nice – the staff, the room, and the breakfast 🍳. It's very comfortable and convenient, with nearby convenience stores and a mall! I stayed in a single room, which was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! There are several convenience stores and shopping malls nearby, and it's less than a 10-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended!

The hotel was located close to the centre and Christmas market, the rooms were excellent with everything you need including comfy beds and iced cold filtered water available on every floor.
The staff were excellent, we needed a wheelchair for one of the party which they organised for us, they were also very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Excellent city and excellent hotel well worth a visit.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and very helpfull. The hotel is very close to the main square and all the interesting things to see in Krakow. I recoment to everyone.

Very nice hotel.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and very modern.
The rooms are small but furnished tastefully and well maintained. We have a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is about a 7 minute walk from the main square and 5 minutes from the main shopping centre and train station.

If I return to Krakow, I will for sure look at staying here again.
