Very good experience. Hotel was nice and clean, and a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Krakow old town so very convenient. Breakfast was a bit basic and it would have been nice to have a wider variety.

We would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring the best quality stay. They provide a high quality buffet breakfast, with plenty to choose from and re-stocked as needed. One morning we had a very early start for our planned excursion so they kindly provided us with a packed lunch as we would miss breakfast.
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.
Being just a few minutes walk from the Old Town is an ideal, quiet location. There are plenty of nearby shops and cafes for snacks etc.
We will definitely book this hotel again for our next visit to Krakow.

Lovely staff, room was very big as we had family suite with a double deb and the a separate room with 2 singles for the kids. Bathroom was spacious and modern

We stayed here as a family and had a really comfortable stay. There were a few small hiccups at check-in, like the AC not working in our room, but the staff took care of it after a bit of follow-up. The hotel’s location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from the old town.
We had read that many guests loved the breakfast. We thought it was decent, though not exceptional. For warm dishes, there were only sausages and scrambled eggs, but everything was well presented and constantly refilled by the attentive staff. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a very comfortable bed.

Staff was very kind and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of different foods and flavors.

The room was great we was 4 people two parents with two kids but... in the check in we asked to park our car in the hotel parking but they said that the parking is now out of service but clearly that was a lie!! We saw the employers cars get out and in! Also the breakfast was such a dissapoitment!! There was barley anything to eat!!

We could not ask for more from the Hotel Atrium, family apartment was perfect, location easy to access everything and the staff well we have never come across such friendly attentive staff. Thank you for everything

We stayed across the road in serviced apartments but ate breakfast at the Atrium. A good buffet, kept well stocked by the diligent and friendly staff: excellent value at 60 zloty per person. The vibe of the place was welcoming, and the hotel guests we spoke to seemed very content with their rooms and the service they received
