Don’t understand the bad reviews! Loved staying here for 3 nights, simple and effective that you can get access to your room without needing a receptionist and the rooms are comfortable, spacious and quiet, water pressure is also great in the shower.. location is perfect and literally a 10 minute walk to all main attractions in the centre of krakow old town, Also a shop just down the road for essentials, if I was to return to krakow I’d definitely book here again😆

The room was ready when we arrived. All codes were sent to various doors and system worked well. The room was spacious and clean. Issue with curtain which was rectified straight away and when asked for another pillow was sent straight to the room

Perfect location just outside of the main square. Really nice restaurants and cafes surrounding with a small supermarket just on the corner for convenience. Clean and tidy hotel, everything you need in rooms. Easy and quick communication with staff through what’s app, super helpful.

Very good location . Only a short walk to the centre of krakow. Our room was at the top and it warm and cosy. There is a lift in the hotel if you don't or can't use the stairs. The room was very clean and we had no problems.

This hotel is very nice, in a quiet location only a 15-20 minute walk from the main city centre so perfect for those who don’t wanna be far but also not in the busiest and loudest part. The atmosphere is cosy. The room we stayed is was really big and roomy, the beds were comfy and the bathroom had a good shower and amazing lighting to get ready. The hotel itself is very clean and well kept and so was the room when we arrived. It is great value for money, the staff on the WhatsApp group were 24hour so the service was excellent when you needed to know something they are always on hand.

The building is lovely, and there are quality materials used inside. However, service isn't great. There are no members of staff on site, and the rooms, while clean and functional, are dated and basic. I was never entirely sure that the rooms were overly secure.

Very good location with a 10min walk to the square, does what it says on the tin. Fantastic communication for access, also has storage for luggage when you have a later flight

I cannot believe how many good reviews this place got. This is by far the worst accommodation I've ever stayed at while away. The cleaners and staff are so rude, there is 0 communication. There's no lobby, there's a small place to sit down but no reception no one to help out. The bathroom sink was smashed up, lights didn't work, the sink smelled of poo everytime u ran the water. Gave us half a roll of toilet paper had to go out and buy our own 😂 the walls are super thin u can hear someone breathe in the room next to you. The only good thing was the location. I feel like these good reviews were from the owners cause no way did anyone enjoy their stay here. Just stay away from this place and save your money for an actual well kept room somewhere else.

Good location. Nice, cosy and clean rooms.
Service was great we somehow managed to leave our keys in the door inside the room and it locked behind us, so beware of the self locking doors. However this was dealt with promply whilst we were out on a trip.
I would stay here again.

This was the worst experience I've had in a hotel. The service is very bad. This hotel is a scam. The rooms are old and dirty and there are bedbugs everywhere. Never come here.
