Good centralish location. Room was modern, decent size for a few days and clean bathroom. Twin bed is actually a large mattress with two sets of pillows and duvets, rather than two separate beds. Basic room amenities - shower gel/shampoo, towels and a kettle with two tea bags only. Good heating and water filter machine on the corridor is a nice touch. Service was friendly and quick. Daily turnover was ok, a bit superficial. Overall recommended for a few days and would return.

Room was very clean, staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast had a good selection.
There was some noise from trams on the street but it wasn't a significant issue for us

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
The shower was the best ever….. instant and powerful
The breakfast buffet was excellent… a great start to the day!

Awful experience. Avoid this hotel, unless you’re a fan of noise, drain smells in the rooms, screaming classes of teenagers banging your door and running around the hotel to 2am every night - and staff that don’t care.
An awful experience and really let down our experience of Krakow.
On a positive note, avoid the hotel breakfast and eat at Tociekawa Cafe, just down the road from this hotel. In fact just avoid the hotel altogether and go to Tociekawa.

Great hotel, room was clean and comfortable and we had the added bonus of a balcony. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast once in the hotel due to early trips etc but the food was fresh, variety great and value for money.
No complaints regarding WiFi and air conditioning bothered welcome and worked well.

Did the job for one night! Just 11 mins walk to MRT brown line, which will eventually connect to the airport, but not yet!!
