Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the hotel breakfast was one of the top few we had out of all the hotels we stayed at. It was also the best value for the price!

Friendly staff, really great location, nice breakfast and overall a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a great location and offers a varied breakfast. The rooms are somewhat different from the photos. Room cleaning was very basic. We ordered a breakfast picnic for our last day, which was disappointing compared to the variety of food available at breakfast. The best thing about the hotel was its location.

Best To Avoid
Booked double bed room but was given two single bed and two single duvets
Mattress was in bad worn conditions. Asked reception to check and she just said nothing wrong with the mattress. They shouldn’t advertise they have double bed as the reception said all their beds are single.Overall bad service and unfriendly.

Rude staff, both at the reception and at breakfast. They looked at me for fear that I would take something away. The second day. Even before sitting down, one of the staff approached me and INTIMIDATEDLY slammed a sign in Polish that said it was forbidden, with an additional charge, to take away food. It ruined my breakfast... rudeness out of the blue. Never again!

The reception staff were rude and not always present. The breakfast service was terrible: as soon as I sat down, they slapped a sign in my face saying I couldn't take food away, and the woman kept an eye on me.

Convenient location in the Jewish quarter, quiet and cozy little hotel with its own flavor. Not far from the central railway station, as well as the embankment of the Vistula River. Excellent breakfasts, clean rooms and responsive staff. I recommend it to everyone.

Property is located in an excellent location. Walking distance to public transport and plenty of restaurants and bars. Bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. we had back pain every morning. I booked this hotel about 4 or 5 months in advance and request a quiet room on higher floors with a view, However. All of these requests was ignored by the hotel and we were placed in a room right next to the lift on the first floor with a court yard view. the was extremely noisy and we barely had any good sleep. carpets were stained and bed linen looked yellow. Having said all of that the breakfast was really good and delicious with a good variety.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who want to travel. There is no refrigerator in the room and there was one spoon for two.
