Hotel was wonderful and close to everything. Elevator was out of order, but walking stairs is good for you!

Excellent location. Big room with comfortable beds. Large bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Lots of choice for breakfast, freshly cooked scrambled eggs which were delicious. Quite a lot of noise overnight from outside but to be expected in a town centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, rooms were very big and clean. Staff were great. Only negatives were the walls are very thin, could hear every time someone closed a door even people talking in the room next door. Apart from that though great hotel.

If I could give more stars than 5 I would in a heartbeat. My daughter and I stayed at the Senacki Hotel for three nights in December and we couldn't have been more thrilled with our choice of accomodation. Not only is the hotel in the heart of old town, the accomodations and service were stellar. Our room was charming and cozy, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast was off the charts, in presentation, variety and quality. The staff went above and beyond on several occasions to make our stay even more memorable. Natalia and Alex were exceptional in their delivery of the best service ever! Thank you for being so wonderful!

Breakfast was a highlight! Good range of food and all really tasty. Highlight was the freshly scrambled eggs.
Service was great - all staff were friendly and helpful.
Location is great
The hotel is a little run down - the lift was broken for most of our stay which meant walking up court flights of double stairs - not what you want after a long day of exploring. The blinds of our sky light were also broken but they did get fixed swiftly.
The bathroom was a bit of a let down with a small shower and shower head with a life of its own.

Lovely place to stay, extremely helpful staff. We had to have breakfast to go twice due to trips and the hotel provided a mini picnic! We were very impressed. Hotel is in the main part of the old twon walking distance to everywhere. Taxi’s are not allowed on the street, but pick up and drop off points are close. The lift was broken for our whole stay, which did not bother us, but it may others with accessibility issues. I would recommend getting an uber to the airport, costs about £12 to £14.

Amazing stay, exceedingly courteous and helpful staff. Great room, clean, tidy & warm. Excellent breakfast too. Two slight quibbles - mattress was a little uncomfortable and WiFi signal was sporadic. Superb location too. Would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is in Krakow old town, so it's great to get around the old town. The facilities and staff provide excellent customer service as well. Breakfast is also fun, but be aware that the internet is not working on the B1 where breakfast is served.

This is a great hotel and centrally located in the old town. No acces for taxis in front of the hotel, hower. My room was facing the main walking street so some noise came in the night. Next time I prefer a room facing the back side. Service great. I had a problem with the TV connection but got a man to fix it. Otherwise all was fine. Not for disabled people as the breakfast room needs many steps to go down and up.
