Fantastic stay, brilliant location right in the centre of town, really close to the square, and the hotel itself was brilliant, really comfortable and breakfasts were brilliant as well, if we come back will definitely stay here, thank you!

Simple and quaint hotel in the old town. Rooms are basic but very spacious and clean. The receptionists and staff are lovely. The area has plenty of places to eat.
I am not a big breakfast fan so I didn't avail of the hotel breakfast however there is a coffee shop that opens at 7am just across the street and a taxi rank too.
I would definitely stay here again given the great price and location.

This hotel is perfect for exploring old town.
The service from the staff was excellent and unobtrusive.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean.
The hotel has a delightful charm and history.
Luggage storage was provided at no extra cost along with somewhere to wait for our transfer to the airport.
Our transfers were organised by the hotel via email request which made it a seamless and stress free.
I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Santi Hotel as a base for exploring in Krakow.

I had requested 2 beds, but there was only one and no other rooms available. Staff were apologetic, saying the hotel did not get a request. They comped us breakfast. Thank you.Nevertheless a disappointment given that we paid over $500 CA. for the night.

Brilliant centrally located hotel. Staff super helpful and professional. It is slightly noisy on the weekend but the hotel provides ear plugs.

Very nice hotel ,dead central to old town ,all shops and restaurants nearby, staff very friendly, and will do anything to make your stay as very pleasant 😀 😊 as possible.the room are very large and a direct view over the old town I would recommend this hotel very highly if you are coming to krakow, they will organize all transport to and from airport and any tours you want to go on,I have one word for the Santi Hotel BRILLIANT.

Great hotel. Has charm and we felt connected to the city with it being such a short walk to the town square Everything was clean and tidy and the front staff were extremely helpful.

The location is ideal - you can walk anywhere in Krakow from here. However the room was facing the street and made for sleepless nights with cars and trucks constantly driving by, all night. When we asked to change rooms we were told that all the rooms have the same noise. We did not get the breakfast included and they were asking the equivalent of $20 USD per person which seemed pricey. The beds were definitely old and not especially comfortable, but the room and hotel was clean. We did feel like second class citizens due to booking through *******. If you are a sound sleeper I would recommend but if you are a light sleeper it may not work for you.

Had a great stay at the Santi this week. Staff were super friendly, even helped my wife one night when she was having issues due to a medical condition. Hotel is right beside a tram line, but even as a light sleeper it didn't impact my sleep much, and the hotel leaves ear plugs if needed. Would definitely stay again when in Krakow.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of charm in Old Town. 15 minute walk to everything that Old Town has to offer. Easy walk to the Jewish Quarter. Tram is right outside the door, which is convenient but be careful exiting front and not walk right into the street. Breakfast available, but we did not partake. Cafe's located right next door & McDonalds. Wonderful stay
