Fabulous hotel, spotless and right in the old quarter. Just what we needed. A little dated but couldn't fault it as so clean. The breakfast was amazing too!

Conveniently located near the Old Town and major attractions. Public transportation is nearby. Many restaurants/bars around, and so it was a bit noisy in the evening/night. There was no air conditioning in the room, but it wasn't really needed during the stay. Basic Western breakfast.

The hotel was decent, clean, quiet, and in a perfect location next to public transport. Breakfast was excellent and very plentiful.

Clean hotel with a great breakfast in a very convenient area of Krakow. Unfortunately for us it is kind of a noisy area with a lot of bars. With no air conditioning we heard a lot of noise coming in and it made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast was terrific and staff were helpful. My only complaints were that the bathroom drains smelled (old pipes, I assume) and the carpet was quite worn (though clean). It’s a simple, clean hotel and you will get what you pay for. Overall a good experience and I would return without hesitation.

It's quite old, and the room had a slight odor. Late check-in wasn't a problem; the staff were very nice, and the breakfast was quite good for the price. The location is excellent, with many popular and charming restaurants and bars nearby.

Very charming hotel, our room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Great range of foods for breakfast but did miss a yummy Polish pancake. Staff were absolutely brilliant very friendly and extremely helpful, had to checkout before breakfast but they did us both a breakfast bag for travels which was a really wonderful touch.
