A hostel that goes the extra mile for its guests. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly. Rooms and facilities neat and clean.
Pancakes at breakfast were delicious.
But mostly thank you for allowing me to shower and have a coffee before I could check in after my long train journey. It felt like a home away from home. 10/10

Me and my fiance stayed in a private room for 5 days, breakfast included. The employees were always very friendly and welcoming, the bathrooms always well stocked and clean, warm water for showering always available. The common rooms were very comfortable and well stocked as well. The breakfast was amazing, so many different options, as much as you wanted, with some variation in the dishes throughout the stay. There was always at least one employee around 24/7. The location of the hostel was ideal, right next to Old Town and a short walk from the jewish district. The entrance is in a courtyard where the windows of the rooms pointed as well, so the noise from the streets could not be heard in the rooms.
All in all, very cozy and welcoming, and definitely will be visiting again!

One of the best hostels we've been to! The staff is great and the rooms are nice cool and clean. Same goes for the bathrooms. The rooms are themed after different countries, very nice touch! It's Right in between the center and the Jewish district so everything is easy to reach. The atmosphere in the hostel is great and they have a nice breakfast!
The only thing that they could improve are the mattress. They are very thin so my back hurt after sleeping.

Nice place if your focus is to enjoy Krakow and Auschwitz-Salt mines-Schindler factory tours. Great location, outstanding attention, maybe not the best rooms in Krakow, but really cleaned and with a comfortable bed and pillows. Plus they give a really impressive Brunch. Plenty of tasty food. I'm really happy with the quality-price of this place.

Absolutely amazing place! Very welcoming and friendly stuff. Me and my best friend had such a good time. Freshly prepped breakfast, very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and stunning location!!! Would definitely come back and definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice, cozy and well located hostel!!

The best hostel I've ever been.
Friendly stuff, good music, very nice location and the best breakfast in the world of hostels.
The rooms were comfortable and warm but the heater was pretty loud. (room Hawaii)

One of the best hostels i have been to. Located very close to the city center. A small intimate hostel with a very large common area. The breakfast is included and is great, the staff is super nice and helpful, the rooms are conveniently furnished and cozy. The toilet and shower are in great condition. And everything is super clean. It might be a bit more expensive than other hostels but it is worth every single zloty!

The hostel is located inside a building that was under renovation of some sort but it is a really cozy place if you can look past all the construction work happening around it. I was concerned about the noise but there wasn't any. The staff are really friendly and the dorm was also clean and comfortable. The hostel is located just 10 mins walk from the old town so visiting by myself was no problem. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here

After a less fantastic experience with a cheaper hostel I moved here. It’s closer to a BnB feel and quite comfortable. Fast internet, nice bathrooms, quality breakfast (although can use more vegan options). It was more social than my other hostel as well. Everyone was pleasant.
However for the price I feel they could have had soap/shampoo in the showers and maybe free towels?
Well situated near a tram stop and between the old town and Jewish district so everything is a walk away.
And highly recommend all the staff, with particular standout service from Victoria and Alexandra (give them a raise?).
