Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a spectacular view of the castle and river. It was clean, with a lovely soft deep carpet, decent storage for clothing, comfortable bed, and bathroom with good lighting, a magnifying mirror and lovely toiletries. Temperature control kept reverting to a high temperature, not great for sleeping, but that was the only negative.

It is my understanding that this hotel very recently, underwent a renovation. That being said, when the room was booked, we booked a king. Kings are no longer an option in this room post-reno, so we dealt with a queen. This information was not relayed to us and no other options were provided. The room was TINY. A constant scent was sprayed into the room from somewhere and it wasn't exactly subtle....

Short City Break Hotel was clean and comfy. The reception staff were always very helpful. We booked our trips to the salt mine and Auschwitz through the hotel. This is by no means a 5 star hotel, but its charming and very old school and traditional which maybe suits others.

We were there for 4 nights. Its a little bit outside of Krakow but easily accessible by tram which is only a 10 min walk away. What a lovely hotel with lots of character. All staff helped when asked, rooms cleaned every day. Food was so good and I have never had such a lovely breakfast every day.. I would recommend this hotel. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday.x

Conveniently located for our case. Otherwise not really a place worth visit or a romantic stay. Room layout ok. Shower way too small. Breakfast forgettable. Generally one can feel that facility is not getting maintenance investment it deserves.

This hotel is in a good location and is immaculately maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. There is a choice of cooked breakfast plus a buffet. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t particularly enjoy the evening meal in the restaurant and the bottle of red was expensive. We have just returned from a 4 night family break in Krakow. We had 2 triple rooms on the 4th floor. Our rooms where spotlessly clean and beds where comfy. Our room had a bath/shower combo and the other a quite tight shower cubicle. Beadkfast was ok, but room and space very tight. All the staff where friendly and attentive. My only advice is ask for a room at the back as the noise from the street...

I stayed in the hotel in December 2024 with my little dog when I was visiting Krakow for a dance festival. Apart from the excellent rooms and perfect location, I must praise the outstanding staff. They made me feel completely safe leaving my dog in the hotel for a couple of hours each day while I attended lessons. If you find old-fashion interior charming, this is the place for you. It looks like a hotel from the 40/50's with the bed covers, old fashion radios, delicate china cups on the coffe tray, wall paper, curtains etc... But very modern bathrooms, tv, kettle and fridge so nothing is lacking. A huge back yard filled with with plants and even a small fish pond.

I liked the hotel, but it's a bit far from the center and the access road is quite tricky. If you don't know how to get there, you'll have to walk 200 meters to reception. The GPS directs the taxi driver to a barrier that belongs to a residential building and the hotel administration can't open it. Only experienced taxi drivers know how to get there. I didn’t stay at this hotel, but I stayed at the Blue Swan Hotel, which shares the same entrance, reception desk, and rooftop restaurant (same breakfast for guests of both hotels) with the Niebieski Art & Spa Hotel. I had a look around, and as they mentioned, they offer rental bikes, a pizzeria, a spa, conference rooms, and a fitness room. If I come back to Kraków, I’ll definitely book a room here...

We have recently stayed in this amazing hotel. This is a very lovely hotel,located on the Vistula river bank ,has an amazing view of the rivwr from tehir Vanila restaurant. They had excellent selection of breakfast items with a great quality of coffee. All the staff was very helpful including Justin and Piotr.They have a kids play area which my little one loved most ❤️

Ok hotel, swimming pool is a disaster ( not part of the hotel, it's a recreational complex beside the hotel), with only 1 h a day access, very busy with swimming school. Sauna opens at 4 pm. Breakfast was very good, but the restaurant has no desert menu.
