The location is quite far, but the room was very good. The service was excellent as well — we arrived late, yet the staff were still available and very helpful.

Smooth check-in . The reception is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and convenient

A good choice budget hotel, that is about a twenty minute walk from central Warsaw. The hotel was warm and welcoming
The rooms were basic but absolutely spotless. There were no frills, and if you wanted a hairdryer, you only had to ask at reception. I would choose this type of hotel again, the next time I visit Warsaw,

Overall good stay. Pretty far from places but Uber was cheap. Staff were okay. Nothing exceptional but not bad

Everything was great. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very quiet. I would definitely recommend it

Very disappointing experience overall. There are two branches of this hotel located very close to each other, and I asked at both locations, yet neither had even a simple cup or bowl for eating instant noodles—just a small packet of Mama noodles, nothing fancy, and still they couldn’t provide it. On top of that, the staff were consistently unfriendly, always looking unhappy and annoyed, making guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable whenever approaching the front desk, as if asking a question was a problem. The bathroom design was also terrible: the toilet had a proper door and felt private, but the shower area had a transparent glass door that couldn’t be locked at all, was extremely small, and felt unsafe, while the toilet area was actually larger and more suitable for showering. Poor basic amenities, bad attitude, and impractical room design. Recommended for friendly budget if ur okay.

This is a budget hotel and you don't get the carpets in your room but you do get decent vinyl flooring. The shower isn't as good as the normal Ibis hotels but it's perfectly good enough. It's warm, fast and I loved mine. You don't get a kettle (or at least I didn't) and I must admit I missed it. What you do get is a comfy bed, not so good pillows but again, good enough.... You getting the idea?
If I was with my partner I would have chosen the standard hotel. I would still take the budget one though if I was alone. You pay your money and make your choice. One thing I will say though is the staff are every bit as good in both hotels. The rooms are as clean and if you're on a budget you'll be happy enough! The girl called Julie at mine was wonderful and very helpful with advice about the area. Happy holidays!

You get what you pay for. Nice clean rooms. Good size shower but needs more space for hanging your clothes. Breakfast was poor by other ibis hotels. Staff very good. Location is a good 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and old town. That is not a bad thing as we enjoy walking

Not for family, very noisy hotel , The walls are very thin, you can hear what they are doing in the next room.

This was a nice hotel with a great breakfast. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. Only drawback is that it is a little off the beaten path and you have to walk a bit to catch public transit. But I would stay here again on a future visit to Warsaw.
