A good choice budget hotel, that is about a twenty minute walk from central Warsaw. The hotel was warm and welcoming

Very disappointing experience overall. There are two branches of this hotel located very close to each other, and I asked at both locations, yet neither had even a simple cup or bowl for eating instant noodles—just a small packet of Mama noodles, nothing fancy, and still they couldn’t provide it. On top of that, the staff were consistently unfriendly, always looking unhappy and annoyed, making guests feel unwelcome and uncomfortable whenever approaching the front desk, as if asking a question was a problem. The bathroom design was also terrible: the toilet had a proper door and felt private, but the shower area had a transparent glass door that couldn’t be locked at all, was extremely small, and felt unsafe, while the toilet area was actually larger and more suitable for showering. Poor basic amenities, bad attitude, and impractical room design. Recommended for friendly budget if ur okay.

This is a budget hotel and you don't get the carpets in your room but you do get decent vinyl flooring. The shower isn't as good as the normal Ibis hotels but it's perfectly good enough. It's warm, fast and I loved mine. You don't get a kettle (or at least I didn't) and I must admit I missed it. What you do get is a comfy bed, not so good pillows but again, good enough.... You getting the idea?
If I was with my partner I would have chosen the standard hotel. I would still take the budget one though if I was alone. You pay your money and make your choice. One thing I will say though is the staff are every bit as good in both hotels. The rooms are as clean and if you're on a budget you'll be happy enough! The girl called Julie at mine was wonderful and very helpful with advice about the area. Happy holidays!

You get what you pay for. Nice clean rooms. Good size shower but needs more space for hanging your clothes. Breakfast was poor by other ibis hotels. Staff very good. Location is a good 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and old town. That is not a bad thing as we enjoy walking

This was a nice hotel with a great breakfast. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy. Only drawback is that it is a little off the beaten path and you have to walk a bit to catch public transit. But I would stay here again on a future visit to Warsaw.

The rooms are of a decent size and comfortable and the food is also great. My only complaint is the rooms were ridiculously warm with no way are reducing the temperature. I was in Warsaw to run the marathon on 28th September so wanted a relaxing sleep before the run. However, I attempted to adjust the air con to cool the room but it was pumping out very hot air. I rang the reception and was advised that only 2 days prior the hotel had switched the air con to only pump out hot air due to the change in season, therefore the only way to lower the temperature was to keep the air con turned off, but the room was still way too hot and the window could not be opened. Ultimately I didn't sleep as well as I could have done if the room had been cooler.

Had a great experience at this hotel , great breakfast loved the scrambled eggs and hot toast. Lots of variety! Rooms are clean and get new sheets and towels each day if you wish. Friendly staff Michal at breakfast was super nice ! Thanks guys
