I have stayed at Sound Garden Hotel Airport several times now, and every single visit has reinforced my excellent impression of this hotel.
The location near the airport is perfect, the rooms are modern, quiet, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is both professional and welcoming. The staff consistently stands out for their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine willingness to help, which makes every stay feel effortless and pleasant.
On one occasion there was a minor issue during my stay. What truly impressed me was not just how quickly it was addressed, but the exceptional way it was handled. A top-level manager personally took care of the situation and offered an extremely generous and thoughtful compensation. This level of responsibility, professionalism, and customer care is rare and speaks volumes about the hotel’s management culture.
Because of this experience, I trust this hotel even more. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is taken seriously at every level. I will definitely continue to choose this hotel whenever I am in Warsaw and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality service near the airport.

Great hotel, the staff was very professional and attentive. Room was spacious, clean, mattress was pretty comfortable - the only downside were the pillows, just a bit too soft and a bit uncomfortable.

Amenities in the room were okay (coffee / tea) + there's free water in the corridor (great you can also choose sparkling!!).

Would definitely come back if I have the chance!

We stayed for one night while traveling for a flight. The hotel has a very convenient location close to the airport — only about 10 minutes and you’re there. Of course, getting to the city center takes some time, but the hotel benefits from a good transport connection, which makes moving around easy.
The rooms are clean and well maintained. It’s very convenient that you can refill both still and sparkling water on each floor near the elevator, with options for cold and warm water as well.
We had no issues during our stay. The hotel territory is beautiful and pleasant to walk around.
I would especially like to highlight the breakfast — probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.
After our stay, we were left with only positive emotions. If needed, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Couldn't fault this airport hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room spotless and warm.
Only quirk was I went to get a carafe of water from near the elevator, and the blind would raise when I took out the key card. As it was near bedtime I wanted the blind to stay down, not sure if this was only for my room, or all rooms in general. Laundromat is nearby, see attached map.

The atmosphere in hotel lobby, colors and design are amazing and makes you relax and enjoy your stay.
My room was very well cleaned and prepared, view on the garden every morning is just something…
On breakfast I had lots of different options what to eat plus live eggs or omelette cooking.
After check in I had a nice talk with Ewelina, who helped me to choose places to visit, since it’s my first stay in Poland as well

Good, restaurant at night not that good but breakfast is excellent

I have stayed at Sound Garden Hotel seven times. The location is excellent – close to the airport and the British Embassy. Breakfasts are varied and tasty, and the staff is always polite and helpful. I love the big windows next to the bed, it’s wonderful to wake up with the sun.

There are some minor drawbacks: sometimes it’s noisy in the corridors, the shower drains can get clogged, and in some rooms the light/curtain panels require a stronger press. The TV remote was not very clean, which is common in many hotels but still worth improving.

Overall, it’s a very convenient and pleasant hotel that I’m happy to return to.

A very nice, calm and comfortable room in a very good location close to a bus stop. Very good public communication to the airport some of the city's major attractions.
