Staff was very rude and had attitude. The toilet lights were very yellow. There were homeless people in the hotel. We invited friends over to our room, we were very quiet, we played board games. He came and said “i know your partying and theres like 6 of you, our friend had to go to their room even tho our teacher said that we can be with friends😠

It was really bad the staff was really mean, angry and annoing. Me and my friends were just quietly playing board games in our room and then he barged in and said i qoute ,,i know you are partying, and i know there are like 6 people, then our friends had to leave, even though we were really quiet.😡 The place is not really bad there is mc and biedronka near, but there are also a lot of homeless people. Also we were shocked when we were just sitting in our room and soap bubbles came in to our balcony from nowhere.Also we bought non alcoholic champagne and opens it in the balcony them they started to shout something and call our room. Then later we got a random call we answered it and all we heard was ,,tempura “.

The staff ruined our stay. We were just quietly talking when a worker started knocking on our door then he accused us of partying even though the noise was coming from other people. Also when we tried to relax in the balcony some people above us were blowing soap bubbles which was weird. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I stayed there for a month waiting for a travel visa to be granted. That required me to re-book a room, often on a daily basis in case the visa was granted. I initially used a travel agent to book the room for 2 nights at the advertised price of around £40 (212 PLN) per night. When I asked to extend by one night I was charged 1080 PLN which is over 5 times the price. I obviously complained and was clearly told to go elsewhere if I didn't like the price. I have all the receipts as proof. I reverted to asking my UK travel agent to book the room and was charged the advertised price again (allowing for rate fluctuations). They were not happy. After that, the price varied from 216 to 290 PLN per night. I was moved 7 times to a variety of rooms over the period I was there. I have to say that most of the staff were polite except for the manager.
