I have stayed in this beautiful design hotel in the center of Warsaw twice. Unfortunately I cannot confirm the enthusiasm of the first time because the service has worsened, as well as customer service. Needed somewhere close to the airport. Staff were nice. Room was spacious and very clean. Dinner was nice although we had to go searching for staff. Breakfast was overpriced but the porridge was incredible.

The room was in some kind of annex( another building ), absolutely not like in the photos. Uncomfortable pillows and bed.The shower was extremely small and everything was totally old with torn bed linen( at the picture).

My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. The food deserves special mention – it was varied, fresh, and truly delicious, definitely above average. AC didn't really work. Even after complaining at the reception and them promising to send an engineer the temp in the room didn't drop below 23 or so.

All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious. The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent. Fairly convenient and short walking distance to Varso Tower but quite a distance from Old town. Staff are helpful however if they could smile more, they would look more approachable vs stern/ unfriendly. Room wise is good

A good vacuuming would help. There was a bag of sweets left by the previous guests under the bed, and lots of crumbs around it. The bathroom was basic but clean. The reception staff were super friendly. The location offers good connections to the city center, Ursynów main train station, Stegny, and Wilanów.

The hotel is quite modern, with friendly service. The location is out of the city centre so ideal if you plan to stay in the south of the city.

Everyone that worked here was super friendly and helpful, and the location was fantastic. 5 minutes from the airport and a short journey into the centre of Warsaw. The rooms were incredibly clean and large, with a small gym and sauna room that had a good amount of new equipment. Having a nice restaurant downstairs was also very convenient!

This hotel has a very modern vibe, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. They offer free luggage storage and a complimentary drink voucher. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room; it was standard but comfortable. The only slight inconvenience was the absence of a hot water kettle.

The location is prefect If u travel by flixbus n in west station.  We got a small but quiet room, so far quite good, you can ask for the hairdryer in the reception.  A bit far away to go the city center, need to catch the taxi or bus

Everything was so perfect, I was able to check in early which was a great help. My stay included breakfast but they offer late breakfast which was the only disappointment I had but overall it was amazing.

The hotel's location is decent, and the staff are easy to communicate with. The cleanliness is good, and the surrounding area is quite nice. It's suitable for business trips, and getting around by taxi is very convenient. Definitely recommended.

This is a budget hotel and you don't get the carpets in your room but you do get decent vinyl flooring. The shower isn't as good as the normal Ibis hotels but it's perfectly good enough. Far from centre. The hotel itself is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and have plenty of outlets. Restaurant is good and reasonably priced.

A good idea was a soda water machine in the hallway. You could pour water into a bottle. There was only an empty bottle in the room. You filled it up as many times as you wanted :-) The machine had sparkling water, not still water.

As soon as I checked in, I checked the room and there was a lot of hair on the bed sheets and mattress. I went to the reception and asked to change the room. It's acceptable for just one night; overall, it's alright. The bed is very comfortable, and basic amenities are available. The 127 bus stop is nearby, saving you some walking. The Metro and attractions are also not far away.

It’s definitely not a wise choice if you care much about the sound-proofing. If your neighboring rooms are occupied, you could hear clearly the sound of taking a shower, coughing, singing…etc. I personally could bear it if it’s not too much or too late. However one day the person living next to (or above) my room was super drunk at midnight and I could even hear him throwing up in the bathroom…please...

The hotel is very close to the national football / soccer stadium (PGE arena). Shops are also very close. The service is ok. You can buy drinks and snacks at a machine. Do not check in during the shift change.....you must wait.

Stayed the night before the flight. The room was clean, had a view of the airport,without the noise from it or the traffic from the street nearby. Parking was extra, I wished there was a sidewalk to main door, otherwise you are walking on the side street
