I mistakenly made a reservation and then realized that I made a wrong date reservation. In this regard, I sent a message several times and even Trip.com contacted them to change the date but no answers from there at all. At least they should have given an answer. Had I received a proper answer from them, I would have stayed there more than 3 days. They do not know the meaning of service business. No more with Ibis in Poland.

This hotel boasts an excellent geographical location, a pleasant surrounding environment and convenient transportation. However, its service quality is extremely poor. The front desk staff are not welcoming at all, and the housekeeping staff knock on doors in an abrupt, aggressive manner with loud, rapid raps—they are clearly put on duty without proper training. What’s more, the front desk staff have a very poor command of English. As an international city, Warsaw should mandate that employees in foreign-related industries improve their English proficiency. The shoddy front desk and housekeeping services are totally unacceptable, though the hotel itself is relatively new.

In addition, when I initially booked through your website, the price was overpriced. Later, I switched to booking directly via the hotel’s official website and found that your website quoted a price nearly 70-80 Polish zloty higher per night. Your profit margin is simply excessive and should be appropriately reduced. I am also very dissatisfied with your website’s booking service. Worse still, after completing the reservation on the hotel’s official website, the information and service provided by the front desk staff during check-in remained terrible. The hotel’s hardware facilities are decent, but in terms of software services, every staff member—whether customer service representatives, restaurant personnel, front desk clerks or housekeeping staff—appears highly unprofessional. They give people the impression of being hastily put on the job without systematic training, which makes the overall experience extremely unpleasant.

Nice staff but the room is not quite clean

during our stay we experienced a hard time going to the hotel because almost all the surrounding areas has construction site. uneven pavements and sidewalks. dark areas. and during our stay construction sounds can be heard from 4 am in the morning. machines grinding etc. the worst part of our stay of 2 nights there is no hot water in the shower. we showered in cold freezing water.

If you're staying at Budget, there's a rude man at the entrance who will direct you to the main IBIS building for check-in.
The room is very small. Breakfast at Budget costs an extra 42 PLN, while the IBIS breakfast is 55 PLN — you can choose freely.
Sometimes the key card stops working and you can't enter your room, so you'll need to return to the lobby to reactivate it.
But most importantly... I think the price is too high.
It's not worth spending 300 PLN — a fair price would be around 200 PLN.

Jeśli zatrzymujesz się w Budget, przy wejściu stoi nieuprzejmy mężczyzna, który odsyła cię do głównego budynku IBIS w celu zameldowania.
Pokój jest bardzo mały. Śniadanie w Budget kosztuje dodatkowo 42 PLN, a śniadanie w IBIS – 55 PLN, możesz wybrać dowolnie.
Czasami karta do pokoju przestaje działać i nie możesz wejść, więc musisz wrócić do recepcji, aby ją ponownie aktywować.
Ale co najważniejsze... uważam, że cena jest zbyt wysoka.
