Staff are very kind and generous. The location is also good.
The living room for free coffee and cookies are 24 hours available. It's good for travelers.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and super helpful. The location is very close to central places around. Room were perfect size and clean.
The breakfast had a variety of different things- it was clean and tidy buffet and in amazing indoor room.
As vegan I had fruit salad, nuts and soy milk(no spreads or yogurt).

Everything was amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to be so. Specifically Marino de Luz was amazing and explained how to get around Lisbon, what to do, etc. The hotel itself is beautiful and it is in a great location. The breakfast was also amazing! I’ve stayed at 5 star hotels that weren’t nearly as nice. I learned FLH stands for Feels Like Home, and we felt like home in the best way! Amazing hotel, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great location. Easy to get to and from. Room service was prompt each morning which made it nice to take a quick after lunch break.

Check in was easy, front desk staff was very friendly. They were able to accommodate and early check in which I was very appreciative of. WiFi was fast and the view from my room was great! The only complaint I have was the quality of room service. It was very pricey and the quality of the food was not great. I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it was so small and barely had any ham in it.

Overall I would stay at this hotel again. It was clean and charming and the bed was very comfy.

The staff were very nice and breakfast was very yummy. The carpet could be upgraded. My husband got sick so we did not venture far from hotel. Good restaurants and a grocery store right across the street

Really great location! Very easy to walk in any direction for a different adventure. Breakfast was consistent and good having coffee and afternoon cookies available was a very nice touch, though we were rarely around to take advantage.

45 minute wait. Another hour wait for two salads. My salad consisted of mixed greens, deli turkey slices and mass produced vinaigrette. The other "entree" was a slice of bread with pre-frozen shrimp that were supposedly marinated topped with cherry tomatoes and red onions. There was one gentleman working who made the whole experience worth while, he offered us another seat because we were sat next to smokers and checked on us a few times. Waited another 15 minutes for the bill that never came and waited at the counter for an additional 5 minutes to pay. I really hope that this was just a bad day because in my 2 months being in Europe, this was by far the WORST food I have eaten.

Small, cozy and low key with very good and efficient wait staff. Some of the staff speak good English and are very happy to assist you with the menu.

The restaurant would be classed as basic by some people, but the food and experience are well worth it.

The menu is not comprehensive, however the food we received was of a very good standard. The prices are quite low considering the quality of the food. Wine and food for 2 people was less than €30.

Terrible atending. The man who attended my boyfriend and I seems to have something against brazilians. We wanted to order the food of the day and while I went to the loo, the waiter served an entrance and when my boyfriend said we wanted the food of the day he started retiring all the dishes and the menu out of his hands saying there wasn't that order. We could have ordered another plate but he was too rude we left the restaursnt upset and hungry. Don't go there.
