Eurostars Universal Lisboa Hotel in Lisbon

Very professional and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good location, good cocktails. The view from rooftop is great. Definitely come back again.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Orient railway station, but the cobblestone streets make it a bit challenging with luggage. A taxi ride to the airport takes about 10 minutes.

The hotel building is new, and the lobby on the ground floor is quite simple. The room was an upgraded business hotel style, with all the essentials and basic furnishings.

The room offered sea views and sunrise. When I tried to borrow an umbrella on my way out, I was told they were all lent out.

The hotel is great, and the location is excellent. The air conditioning is a bit noisy, but it helps drown out the outside street noise.

Overall the hotel was good. Checkin was really fast and welcoming, and the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and all needed is there. Breakfast was tasty and various, special thanks for having pastel de nata:)
Only minus for me was a noise from the railway: I’m a light sleeper, so had to use earplugs. But looking positively, I was able to see the sunrise:)

The room was clean and bright, with a partial sea view and complimentary bottled water. The front desk staff, especially one guy who was super nice and quite handsome, was excellent! They also have a gym and a sauna, which is a nice touch!

This hotel is very close to the train and bus stations, easily within walking distance. However, Lisbon's sidewalks are all made of small cobblestones, which are quite challenging for suitcase wheels. The hotel's environment and facilities are comfortable, living up to the Eurostars standard.

Beautiful hotel close to Oriente station. Bad smell on the street, the public services should take more care about the area around and properly support this excellent 5* place. Easy check-in and out procedure.  Nice view on the gulf from the windows and silent rooms for good sleeping. Kudos to the receptionist, Thiago, who was very welcoming and gave much support describing the map of the city

The bed was comfortable, the towels were large snd soft, the shower was amazing. The lighting in the bathroom and the room were bright! So nice to be able to see doing my makeup and getting dressed. It a small room but fine for 1 person. It was clean and I was very comfortable. Also I loved the location right near the water and was able to run on the biking jogging walking paths along the water. It felt safe clean and more "local' as opposed to staying in the xity center with all the tourists and traffic. It was an easy 15 min uber ride into the city and I never had to wait long for an Uber. I would stay here again. The only negative waa rhe gym. You cannot fit more than 1 person innthe gym at a time. Also my room had a slight body odor smell. Not so overwhelming that I had to move rooms but it was just noticeable when I walked in but then It went away but still something I dod mention to the front desk and they were very apologetic and took care of it. The staff are very friendly ans helpful. Really great hotel. Price was right too!

The restaurant was exceptional with a lovely setting, brilliant food and top class customer service from the supervisor. Well worth the money, many thank you.
