This hotel offers excellent transportation access, friendly staff, and clean rooms. The Tagus River can be seen from the windows.

Great hotel, perfect location just a few meters from the metro, 15 minutes to the city center. The breakfast was phenomenal and the hotel staff were very friendly and professional. We will definitely come back and I've already recommended it to some friends who are going for 4 days at New Year's.

Everything was top notch. Room was spacious, spotlessly clean, great heating / aircon. Lots of TV channels. Fantastic breakfast. Amazing location beside metro station, large supermarket next door. My second time here and it was even better this time. Definitely my hotel of choice when visiting the beautiful city of Lisbon.

Very close to the subway station, easy to get to the airport. Felt a bit dated, but generally very good stay. Good breakfast

The hotel us just right in front of the Olaias Metro Station. It is very convenience to travel from the Airport and in town. It is very fast by the Metro.

The room is in good size for traveling and visiting. The breakfast is good and enough for us with good coffee. Things are well attended。 If we found the air conditioner was not working properly, the night receptionist will come to our room immediately to help us.

When we checked in the receptionist is not very presented, she said you have booked city view room, the room is like that. When.we went in the first room it was on the 6th.floor, there was no view at all. I then returned to request changing room, the a room on 11th floor was given. She said if you want to change for higher floor, you have to said to my manager, she is off today. So the next morning, I asked the manager, she was so helpful and immediately gave me a room on higher floor to get rid of the two sided walls. To what I believe us that if the young receptionist presented in a more friendly way, and offer her services to request her manager rather than asking the customer to approach her manager directly.

So far we are happy with our stay and hopefully the hotel could improve the customer services with the young lady receptionist.

The family room was very spacious, essentially a two-room suite. While the hotel felt a bit dated, it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries. The croissants, in particular, were perfectly crispy, soft, and flaky – truly outstanding! I'd even call them the best croissants of my life! It's a bit far from the city center, but the metro is very convenient, and Bolt rides in Portugal are quite affordable. The first picture shows the sunset from our hotel balcony, offering views of the North Atlantic.

Metro station is just beside the hotel. The king suite with river view has two bedrooms, very spacious and good for three of us. Nice staffs, good breakfast. The amenities are outdated but quite clean.
