Service: On the first day, the towels were replaced. On the second day, they just folded the old ones and didn't replace them. I noticed something was off because they weren't folded into a square, and when I touched them, they were actually damp. I reported it to the hotel, but they denied it.
Environment: A rather old hotel. The corridors smelled musty.
This service quality is not worthy of the Radisson name. I checked out on the same day. Customer service knocked on my door at 8 AM, saying they needed to clean.
Facilities: Comprehensive, even the gym had full equipment.
This Radisson hotel only has two advantages: large rooms and proximity to the airport. You can hear planes taking off and landing while you sleep.

Great for an overnight stay with comfortable accommodation and amenities. Hotel provides complementary one-way airport shuttle from hotel to airport at set times.

The location in relation to the airport is good. Traffic from the hotel to the airport is chaotic , so the proximity helps. The lobby gives the impression that the hotel is pretty updated until you step out of the elevator and you come across very dingy carpets in the entire floor. We had a junior suite, which was very big , comfortable, the floors are wood. The room was very clean.
Biggest complaint, we had requested to extend our stay an additional day , we believed that girl that took care of us had completed the transaction…well she didn’t and we got a knock at the door late at night and hadn’t we had the door chain in place, the employee that unlocked the door would have entered uninvited. Because of that incident, I don’t recommend family, friends nor airline colleagues stay at this hotel.

The hotel was clean and located near the airport and bus station which was a good thing. Respectful staff also.

This hotel is incredibly old. The elevators are broken, with faulty buttons that haven't been repaired, posing a tripping hazard. On top of that, there's an unpleasant smell permeating the hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if at all possible. Its only redeeming quality is its close proximity to the airport, a mere 10-minute drive. When booking a hotel in Lisbon, definitely opt for a newer one; otherwise, you might end up in a place that feels more like a dilapidated county guesthouse.

The room was clean and spacious. A subway station is just a 300-meter walk away, and the front desk provides complimentary fruits and snacks.

Everything is good, just feels like ambiences and furniture from 20 years ago. Vibes of time travelling in the past.

For us this was extremely well located as we arrived late and had an early morning flight. The hotel is somewhat dated. Although I’m a gym goer, I didn’t even ask about the gym as I assume it would also be dated.
Breakfast buffet was well rounded and had alternatives to regular milk.

The room provided is very nice. Amenities is really good, only that there is a lift problem, but they resolve the issue quickly. Toilet is really good, just need to bear in mind to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The location is very convenient, near to public transport station and 10-15 mins to airport by car. Overall I’m satisfied with the hotel!
