The staff was very accommodating to us. My husband was ill and the brought soup and gave take away boxes so I could ring him breakfast. They even called to check on him!

The dark carpet and closet, with curtains instead of doors, make the room feel a bit uncluttered, like a five-star hotel. However, the lighting is bright, so it's not dark. Many things are broken, perhaps due to lack of maintenance, and the rooms are old and in need of renovation. The lobby is spacious and always bustling with guests.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring!

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone.

Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there.

Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm.

Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

The food is really very good with excellent service. I would whole heartedly recommend this place for a nice meal.
My missus enjoyed a Gin cocktail enhanced with Indian spices that was recommended by our waiter.

Those who love Indian food, best place to visit in Lisbon. All veg and non-vegetarian dishes are delicious. For vegetarians paneer dishes are very good and tasty. Reasonable price. If I get chance to visit Lisbon again definitely I will have dinner in Passage to India.
