We stayed for 3-nights in January. The room was fine, but the service received overall was exceptional throughout our stay.

While all staff members were great, two stood out - Laylana (waitress at breakfast), and Alfonso (concierge). Thank you both for making our stay that much more pleasant!

There was construction happening during our stay, and it sounded like jack hammering during day hours. For the most part we were out all day, but on occasion we went back during the day and the noise was annoying.

The other thing was we had a very noisy neighbor. She would talk very loud on the phone, or to others. We had a room that connected to her room. Perhaps if there were no connecting doors it may have been less noisy.

The restaurant upstairs, SEEN Lisboa, was amazing! Don’t miss it!

Beautiful restaurant, traditional architecture and service with a modern twist. Pedro was easily the best host we have met. Amazing Bife do Lombo with a delightful Portuguese beer sauce. Will definitely return! 5 stars.

Rooms (1/5):
Unfortunately, the rooms fall significantly short of the standard set by the rest of the hotel. They appear tired and outdated, clearly in need of the. While it's encouraging that management has acknowledged this and plans improvements, it doesn't change the current guest experience.
+ Noise (Major Issue): The street noise from Avenida da Liberdade is extremely loud and disruptive. Traffic noise permeates the rooms all day and into the night, making restful sleep difficult. This is a major concern that greatly affects the overall experience.
I recommend waiting until after the renovations are finished before making a booking.

Very good hotel in all respects.
However, I found it very mean to make me pay for documents to print (3 euros per page) when in all hotels you can print as much as you want in the business center???
I will return with pleasure.

If you want to go somewhere where all you can do is either dance drink or sit down you'll like the place for sure. Music playing is usually pop remix or anything that's recent or popular enough to show up.
Keep in mind this is just my personal opinion since I am not a big fan of not being able to talk with people so someone else might give this a 5 star rating.

Late lunch with pizza and a burger. Pizza was Domino kind of quality (1 star out of five). Burger was good (4 stars out of five). Ambiance 1 out of five (TV on the wall, smoke from the smoker's area throughout the restaurant). Overall 2 out of five.

This restaurant is among other restaurants owned by well-established Portuguese chef Olivier da Costa. We went to Guilty by Oliver on the first night we arrived in Lisbon, and I am so glad we did. It is a place dominated by the youth, but not in a bad way. This eatery has a vibrant ambiance with great service. Its salads and pizza were delectable, and I really enjoyed my night out. It makes me want to try other restaurants by Olivier.

Excellent place for the younger crowd. Music from a DJ, great pizza. The bartender forgot the alcohol in my drink but in their defense, the place was noisy and my voice is not loud. Speak loud and clear to get the right order. Will definitely return if I'm in the area.

Great food. Good atmosphere. Could do without the repeated ringing of a bell (goal scored on the big screen?) and got drink order a bit wrong, but a decent place for a nice relaxed meal.

Service was good. But food wasn't. We ordered the fresh cod fish platter for 2 pax which was highly recommended by our server. Unfortunately, it tasted like it has already gone bad. We're not sure if this was normal in Portugal, i.e. the cod was smelly and salty. But it's definitely nothing like fresh cod we've tasted in other parts of the world including Spain and the United States. We couldn't finish our food due to the bad taste.

It was recommended by our taxi driver as a good traditional Portugese cuisine and good fish. It was indeed really good fish !! We saw some gigantic sea food dishes as well. Really big servings and real simple side vegetables, but good. The place is simple for looks. Wine expensive in my opinion. Tourists buses came in but went to the back room. Watch out the bread and pâté on the table will be charged if you eat some.
