VIP Grand Lisboa Hotel & Spa in Lisbon

Despite of the room darkness, air conditioning and the room conditionis good. I have a comfortable stay. Hotel restaurant and the nearby restaurants are convenient to tourist. Private parking with daily charges.

I stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great.

Stayed here for a short trip and loved it. Breakfast was delicious with both local and international items. The room was cozy, and the bathroom was very clean. Excellent hospitality from the entire team.

The staff was very friendly, the location is good. However, for 5 star hotel, the rooms are small and dark.

Nice hotel with all the facilities you could need for a short stay. We booked a double room and unfortunately we were given a twin single beds room. They have a large number of twin single beds rooms we were told they could not change us even after booking a double

Beautiful hotel with good size room for Europe. A bit far from the middle of everything (Avenida Liberdade and downtown area) but only a 7€ uber ride. 
Hotel itself is nice but the hallways are so dark-for the ambiance I guess. Breakfast buffet features Portuguese selection and has quite a bit of choices. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

It’s good if your on a budget but defo not a 5* hotel. More like a 3 for the room and a 4 for the rest of it

Location, 6 metro stops to central. Metro station is 300m away, close enough.
Parking is 12Eur a day, unlimited in and out. Super
We booked an executive suite, with is huge.
The only complain is the bathroom
1.the designer needs to be fired
2.the tap for bidet, the ass cleaner, is 90 degree pointing downward, in fact is the same tap use for hand washing... Who has an ******* facing outward?
3. The bathtub is high, with a slope, and super slippery, luckily there is a handle, wonder anyone fell and injured in the bathtub.
4. The bathtub comes with a clear glass facing the bed outside, and the curtains is outside.. If you have a sexy partner, that would be a good design, for families... Hmm.
5. The washing basin is took high, wrong product

Please fire the bathroom designer.
