I have stayed here for 2 nights in December. The location relative to the main attraction of the city is really good. Walking distance from everything. The staff were very professional and helpful.

Uphill frim Picoa metro. Front desk guy spoke really goid English (not lost in translation)
Large waiting area to be able to relax before flight/ has strong wifi there and power outlets. Has free large lockers prior to checkin so youll know bags are secure. The only hotel during my trip that had a “disinfected” tag on my toilet bowl. I appreciate that. Aircon was strong. There was a mini fridge and a medium safe box in room. No laundry but theres one walking distance that accepts cash only? Didnt try bfast but the bfast place looked well managed

The rooms were really okay. You get what you pay for. It's clean, the bathroom is not crammed. The staff is friendly all throughout and the breakfast is good.
The pool area however is really sub-par. It's tiny and you need to reserve a spot. I don't even think that's bad, and I understand their pick.
However, it's just simply not clean. The pool water is just dirty and I didn't feel comfortable being in the pool, becasue of it.
If you just want to sleep in the hotel and use it as a hub, it's quite okay. The distance to the centre is good.

The hotel - which is located near Saldanha- is very Nice. The rooms have a refrigerator and mini safe. Within 4 minutes you have several bus stations, a continente supermarket, small Indian market and bakery. The staff is very helpful and kind. You need something? They looking forward to support you! The gym is very basic, thus you can exercise without problems. The pool needs to be reserved - but it’s worth it. Can’t say anything about food or beverage because I bought everything outside. Recommend the hotel highly !

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction following my recent stay at the 3K Hotel. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of expectations, particularly in light of the price paid.
Despite having requested a twin room, we were allocated a room with two single beds placed directly next to each other, with no space between them, effectively functioning as a double bed. Additionally, only one room key was provided. When we requested a second key, we were asked to pay a deposit. Regrettably, this deposit was not returned to us upon checkout, due to an oversight by the reception staff.
Further concerns arose with the general service and hospitality provided. We were refused glasses to use in the lobby for drinks we had brought ourselves, and requests for ice were met with reluctance. When ice was eventually provided, it was served in small paper cups, which felt inadequate.
The condition of the room itself was also unsatisfactory. The beds were uncomfortable, the television and air-conditioning units were not fully functional, the lavatory seat was loose, and the shower screen was too narrow to contain water, which led to the bathroom floor becoming wet and slippery.
The only redeeming feature of the hotel was its location, approximately a 20-minute walk from the city centre.
Given the above, I must express my disappointment with the overall quality of both the accommodation and the service provided. I respectfully request that this complaint be acknowledged and that appropriate steps be taken to address these issues for future guests.

The cleaning was perfunctory, either forgetting to provide towels or bath towels, there was always something missing.
