The hotel is good and clean. The room was a bit small but perfectly adequate. The location near Orchard Road makes it convenient to get there. Facilities are comprehensive, but the Wi-Fi in the room was a bit spotty.

The room was very clean, and the staff were all super warm and polite. My flight was delayed, so I even asked for a late check-out, which they accommodated! The only downside was that breakfast wasn't very good. 😭 But every night after coming back from exploring, I'd head downstairs to the grub for a bite and a drink, and I was really happy with that.

Stayed for a week and had a fantastic experience. First off, the hotel facilities, bedding, and cleanliness were definitely worth the price. Plus, the transportation is convenient; there's a bus stop right outside, and the subway station is just a 10-minute walk away. The breakfast was also quite good. All in all, I'll be back next time!

Having good amenities and located in a very good location with lots of greenery. Will definitely book again for future stays.

Booked a deluxe room here for New Year’s Eve. Honestly, the location on Stevens Road is a nice middle ground—quiet enough that we didn't get stuck in the Orchard traffic madness but still felt like we were in the mix.

The room was what you'd expect from a decent hotel in SG. Clean, modern, lots of light wood which made it feel pretty airy. My kids absolutely loved the bed basically claimed it as their own 'fort' the second we walked in. It was spacious enough that they didn't feel like they were on top of each other while we were chilling before the countdown. The teal art on the wall was a nice touch too, looked better in person than the pics.

Breakfast was just fine. Had the usual spread, nothing that’ll change your life but it got the job done before we checked out. Overall, it was a solid, stress-free stay for a holiday night. Happy kids & happy parents!

Mercure on Stevens is a good hotel with decently sized rooms. One thing to note is their green initiative, they don’t clean the room daily, and housekeeping is done every third day.
The breakfast spread is good and includes some vegetarian options, though the hotel is very crowded most of the time, with people often queuing up for check-in. They do accommodate late check-ins before 12 am, but you need to inform them in advance. Shuttle bus services are available, which is convenient.
Overall, it’s a popular hotel in Singapore and, all things considered, no complaints.

Tbh I have nothing to complain about.
- Service I would say not too enthusiastic or over-friendly but everyone is definitely polite, helpful and professional. For me that's enough.
- Room itself is clean and according to pictures.
- Facilities are great! They have 2 pools and a gym shared between Novotel and Mecure.
- There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which I think is good enough for commuting around. I've never tried the MRT to/from Stevens MRT but apparently it's just around ~10 minutes walk.

The room is a bit small; once I opened my large suitcase, there wasn't much space left. It does have a mini-fridge and a safe.
It's about 1 km from Stevens MRT station, a 10-minute walk, and there's also a shuttle bus to the MRT station and Orchard Road.
The occupancy seems pretty good; I saw some airline crew checking in.
There's a pool, a nice garden, and a 7-Eleven downstairs for snacks.
Drinking water isn't provided, but there's a water dispenser for filtered drinking water.

I really loved the hotel room — it has a luxurious and modern vibe. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows are a highlight, offering a beautiful view that makes the stay very relaxing.

The hotel has two swimming pools, each with a different experience. The infinity pool is better for me because it gets sunlight and feels more comfortable, while the lap pool is cooler since it’s under the shade of the hotel, especially before lunchtime.

The room itself was comfortable and well designed. However, there was no bidet in the toilet, and the mini fridge does not have temperature settings and is not very cold, so drinks were only lightly chilled.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a nice atmosphere and great views, and I would still recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Location note:
The hotel is in a quiet area, which is nice, but it’s a bit of a walk from the MRT station, so guests may want to plan accordingly or use a short bus or ride-hailing option, especially with luggage.
