I loved staying there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was long enough for proper swimming and had a great view.
I stayed in a wheelchair-accessible room, and the bathroom met the highest standards.

Went to Singapore with friends and our kids for Chinese New Year. A Singaporean colleague recommended this hotel, and they kept telling me how convenient its location was – and they were absolutely right! Plus, there's a guy at the front desk who speaks excellent Chinese. The hotel has an infinity pool on the seventh floor and a rooftop terrace. Bugis Junction mall is right next door, and behind the hotel, there's a local hawker center with tons of food options. The hotel is about a five-minute walk from Bugis MRT station, and you can get to Changi Airport with just one transfer on the EW Green Line. You can also walk to Old Hill Street Police Station, Fort Canning Park, and Clarke Quay. There's even a very popular Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple nearby. I'd definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Singapore.

Breakfast is good standard 8.5/10
The cleanliness is very up to standard. 9/10
We got a free room upgrade to the loft room, get to experience a small penthouse feel. 9/10
Room is good size where you can enjoy food and tv downstairs & then head upstairs to sleep (home feel) 9/10
Rain shower and shower head available
Standard toiletries and 2 slippers provided
Will be good to have a spray tap for the toilet

Booked a package through Trip.com for a trip with my parents and kids. The hotel is conveniently located near Bugis MRT station, making it easy to get around. There are plenty of food options nearby, like Ya Kun Kaya Toast and Toast Box, with some places even open 24/7. The hotel is very clean and seems to have a high occupancy rate. The front desk staff speaks Chinese and was very helpful. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for getting to the city and the Duck Tours. Highly recommend it to everyone!

My room got upgraded to loft and I enjoyed the time staying in the hotel, very near to bugis street and can crossover to Bugis Junction which these 2 malls have lots of restaurants to choose. From the bugis junction can be connected to the Mrt Bugis station, Included green and blue line, which is convenient if you want to go other places for sight seeing. Really enjoy my time staying there, after daytime sight seeing, I went back to hotel, had a bath and rest before I went out again. Feels refreshing.

The room was a bit small, but the location was good. It's right next to a shopping mall, and the subway is within walking distance. Overall, the location is excellent, and there are affordable food courts nearby.

Special thanks to Duty Manager Joey and his Assistant Duty Manager who has gone extra mile to find my lost air pods in the room (1037) and arranged for a way to return it to me. Also thanks to the honest housekeeping team that has found the pods and informed the management.

The mains came at awkward timings so when I was finished, the other party hasn’t even received his share. Food was obviously pre heated and my smoked salmon came in shreds. Ambience was decent but the furniture is probably breeding lice. Very unhygienic.
