The hotel room was on the smaller side, but very clean. Check-in was a breeze, and the staff cleaned the room daily. It's a convenient 10-minute walk to Orchard Road. Overall, it was a pretty good stay.

The hotel was very clean and the service was great, but the location wasn't ideal. It's a bit out of the way with inconvenient transportation and a hill, which made it tiring to drag luggage up. We had to take a taxi to get there, and it was quite expensive.

Great service. Lovely room and swimming pool, very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. The restaurant prices were quite high so we didn't eat here.

We have stayed in many Singapore hotels and this was a gem. It can be expensive but if you can nab a good deal, it’s definitely worth staying here. The location is so easy to Orchard Road that you can confidently brave Singapore’s humidity and walk. If you are flying out late, you are able to use the showers in the pool area even after checking out. Delicious flavoured water in the lobby. Comfortable room.

The room was tiny and the hygiene was just okay. The most shocking thing was when the cover and filter of the ceiling air conditioner fell off. My goodness! What if it hit someone? They only dealt with it after I demanded a room change. I'm never going back to a hotel like this!

Great location, right at the center of Orchard but tucked away beneath the greenery. We super loved the pantry - it was our first ever to experience in a hotel. Will definitely recommend Vibe to our friends and relatives.

From the out of way location to all the mishaps, I wish no one has to experience the following at this hotel:
1. This hotel is situated in a random corner orchard road with no public transportation. Human walking will take you up a hill, so car only is my advice
2. Im not sure where in Trip does it mention this, but at the moment, there is renovation works which was horrendously loud in the morning. (This is extra bad as due to the point 3.) We were only informed via a printed letter inside the room after check-in
3. The toilet plumbing broke which caused toilet to be flooded and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. This really disturbed my sleep and made my whole afternoon next day just feeling bad.
4. ＜The room they switched us to＞ Greeted with a waft of cigarette smell. Bathtub in poor condition, dirty and cracked. To top it off, someone's dirty socks left in the room
Other small discomforts (not usually an issue if not for the above)
a. Already upset and wanting to leave, i opened the door and was greeted with the maintenance crew cart which blocked the entire exit. I would be less annoyed if there was no choice, but just 1-2m left of the room is a space without any room doors.
b. Leaf blower when trying to swim. This is fine and good for swimming pool maintenance but it was just loud and disruptive to the otherwise peaceful swim.
Okays some good points to be fair
-the games facility was fun, enjoyed the air hockey table
-chrimstmas treats included free cookies and beverages
Overall they succeeded in trying to be special but missed the fundamentals of what a hotel should have. Feel free to peruse the photos as evidence for all my claims.

Hotel personnel are well trained and professional. They are so helpful and friendly. Walking distance to Orchard Road enjoying many happenings there

Location is not at its best but not far to walk to far east plaza or orchard area .. I reached around 2pm because I was planning to put my luggage at the lobby first and come back again for check-in but the staff at the door told me to check with the reception staff whether my room is ready . So I went to checked and amazingly, the receptionist said I can checked in immediately.. I truly appreciate this because I can let my kids rest first before we go for a swim . The receptionist(a chinese guy probably wearing spect) was kind and welcoming. And oh, the lobby had a welcome drink for guests . 👍
We got a corner room and it was spacious! The room was clean and amenities were good(but the room didn't have bottled water . They provide empty jug and kettle only and coffee tea- probably due to sustainability)
The toilet door is unique but no lock on the door. The shower buttons are kinda confusing but once you know how to use it, it will be fine .. Bathtub is clean and nice! However, this room didn't have a bidet. Hopefully the hotel will install bidet in all rooms.
The swimming pool was good and open till 10pm. We had a good night swim! Checkout process was quick too although they were a little busy with the check in guests but they prioritised those who were checking out. Overall, its a good stay. Will come back again next time! 🩷

This is the place I always bring my overseas guests wanting a taste of singaporean cuisine. Where else can you find an entire selection of local cuisine from Chinese to Malay to Indian, and desserts as well! Of course you are posting buffet price for what some may consider hawker fare, but food is tasty and selection is unbeatable.

Awesome spread. Yum yum. Local Singaporean, Malay, Indonesian cuisine.
Second visit: there's chilli crab for dinner buffet! But I would say the taste and texture do not match up to other local seafood restaurants. The wide variety of local desserts is very enjoyable though. Service is great, ambiance is classy, washrooms are a long walk away, price is fairly premium.

Decent pan-Asian food with many different counters. Their selling point was the crabs but I found them mediocre. Definitely not matching what you could get from Seafood Republic or Jumbo though I know it might not be a fair comparison since this is a buffet place. Absolutely loved their Horlicks ice cream. I would crave for it and want to go back just for that.

Very good desserts! Not that crowded anymore, perhaps due to the appearance of other desert joints in the same mall. But nonetheless, the quality of their food has remained consistent. Prices are typical of those charged in town, tending towards the high side. Good quiet environment to hide away from the crowd.

Delicious croissant aux amandes, the Monge which is a best seller is so-so. Also they don't have enough selection in the bakery which is a pity.

The choice of food is limited. Had the Madelines and the squid ink salmon burger. The food was fine. They offer value meals or combos with dessert and drink, but will not give you the discounted price if you decline to take the drink and offer to pay the full price anyways, kind of weird. Not the most pleasant experience with the staff.

Resist the urge to buy a croissant in the afternoon or evening...(normally they're baked in the morning). Despite knowing better I still purchased one after 7pm, which was unsurprisingly stale tasting. ?
