very good with a lot of amenities for the guests. the sauna and pool was another nice touch!

The room was clean and tidy, and I could help myself to drinks, coffee, and iced water (though I didn't drink much). The only downside was that the hotel is located on a big hill, and there's no shuttle service, so it was quite a walk with luggage.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! If it weren't for the fact that they were fully booked, I would have definitely extended my stay. First off, the hotel offers complimentary snacks, coffee, drinks, and sodas 24/7, which is great for grabbing something before heading out and refueling when you get back. Secondly, the hotel facilities are well-maintained, the room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom even had a bathtub. The room size was quite generous for Singapore, easily accommodating two adults and two children without feeling cramped. There's also an indoor pool, though I was too tired from all the walking to use it. Finally, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the MRT station. On the way, you pass by Toast Box, which is perfect for breakfast. Near the MRT, you'll find Orchard Road's commercial hubs, food courts, and Uncle Ringo's ice cream, all easily accessible. Plus, if you cut through the hotel opposite, you can reach Far East Plaza, where Ya Kun Kaya Toast is located. So, even though it's not right at the MRT exit, it's convenient for getting everywhere. There was also an Indian-looking staff member who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, this will definitely be my top choice for my next visit!

This hotel is excellent. The front desk and restaurant staff are incredibly welcoming and even speak Chinese, attending to all guest needs. On arrival, we were greeted with complimentary ice cream. The front desk bar operates 24/7, offering free drinks, coffee, and nuts. There's also a pool and sauna on the 12th floor. The buffet breakfast is a great value at 30 yuan. The hotel is right next to the commercial district, making it convenient for shopping and dining. My kids absolutely loved it, and we'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Singapore.

This is our second stay at the Quincy and will always stay here when we visit Singapore.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was great. Visiting during Christmas added a lovely festive atmosphere. I especially appreciated the self-service coffee and complimentary drinks at the front desk. It's also super convenient to get to Orchard Road from here. I'd definitely consider staying again.

Aside from being a bit far from the subway station, everything else was great. The restaurant, in particular, had a fantastic variety of drinks, offering everything you could want. The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and hospitable, thumbs up! 👍

The staff are all good, service with their bright smile makes the trip feels energetic! 😆
