Room is not spacious but got everything you need. Electronic bed make you think of the bed in hospital ward 🤭
Streaming service is available on third TV so that you can mirror your YouTube/Netflix on it. WiFi is not stable. One day i found the housekeeping forget to put back the handtowel.

Nice location, the room size is small but you do get everything you need. Reception service is great, one thing to consider is that it’s very busy so early check in is very difficult!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. The room was spotless, well designed, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to rest after long days of exploring.
The location is ideal, close to transport, restaurants, and main attractions, which made everything very convenient. The facilities were well maintained and everything worked perfectly.
What truly stood out was the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. They were always available, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service made the experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, a fantastic stay with great value for money. I would happily come back on my next visit.

I stayed here with my husband for 2 nights. Its a good quality/price hotel close at Orchard road. Close to MRT and bus station to go anywhere you like.

Booked for mom's birthday. Mom was full of complaints that the room has no closet, bed too high, toilet and shower has floor to ceiling window, pool has no jacuzzi... Until the staff sent up a little box of donuts then she was happy with everything 😆

The room was spotless and the facilities brand new. It was small but had everything you needed. The front desk staff were professional, efficient, and courteous. Housekeeping was meticulous and held to high standards. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, offering great value for money. The location was truly excellent – within 500 meters, you could find the subway, bus, banks, restaurants, and shopping. The famous ION Orchard mall is just across the road, and its basement food court has several affordable Michelin-starred eateries, which are very popular in Singapore. I'll definitely choose Youtel again next time I visit! 🌹

The Yotel Singapore is conveniently located on Orchard Road, and most of the front desk staff speak English. While the hotel isn't huge, it's exceptionally clean. It's incredibly easy to shop here, and there are plenty of dining options, including a wide variety of Southeast Asian dishes at the nearby hawker center.

We were here for a short night to layover before flight to the US, the room is rather small but it has everything you need, even including a safe and fridge! The toilet was right beside the bed so if there’s someone doing big business can smell, otherwise it’s perfect for a short night!

Wall seems abit thin as the family with kids beside my unit was talking really loud and screaming at 9-10pm but everything else really good! love the amenities and cleanliness really on point .

Bad service. The uncle put 2 subs in 1 paper basket for my two friends.... think then u know how to wraps sub to eat? Ask for 1 more basket for my friends then the lady said why my friends not come take herself? And if u go in the morning, slow and tired face ask u what u want to eat....

I really love the cocktails here, really good quality and taste mint! The ribs are always good with friends, then a mix platter = a great night out. Not to mention the live music!

Hard Rock Singapore at Cuscaden seems to be missing the point here. The name is Hard Rock Cafe, but the bands kept playing pop songs instead of proper rock songs.
Caught two different bands on separate occasions, and both bands (Jive Talkin' & The Yellow Band) played pop songs. Submitted song requests (Aerosmith, AC/DC, Red Hot Chili Pepper etc.) but both bands didn't accede to the requests, probably because they can't play them at all. Very disappointed. We chose the venue because we expected to listen to proper rock songs live. They either need to evaluate the bands there more stringently, or rename their brand altogether. What a joke!

What happen to the bands? Decor is good, staff are generally good. But the bands, whatever happen to 'Rock' in Hard Rock Cafe. While I understand the need for diverse music but I have sat there for more than an hour on two separate occasions and the bands (Jive Talkin and The Yellow Band) kept on playing Pop hits. Isn't Hard Rock Cafe suppose to be something rather different? A place where it is more skewed towards stuff like Bon Jovi, Guns n Roses, Scorpions, Bruce Springsteen, Red Hot Chili Peppers and the like? While I understand the need for diversity in a public setting, but an hour without any songs from any similar bands to the aforementioned bands? Either I have a very skewed perception of Hard Rock Cafe or something has been missing recently.

The house-band, "Ethereal" I think was the name, was mediocre at best, covering mostly easy, popular and almost obvious pop songs with no real creativity and charisma... Ultimately comes off as boring.
*addendum: As always, like every HRC around the world, it is the easiest place for a Malaysian to find one another! For some reason or other, Malaysians have a strange obsession with Hard Rock Cafe, and this place, being just across the border to us, is of course no different!
