The room was clean and tidy, and they came to clean it every day. If we left the hotel late, they would thoughtfully ask if we needed the room tidied. The hotel's location is convenient, with direct elevator access to the mall and the subway station, so you don't have to go outside. The front desk service was attentive, and there were staff members who spoke Chinese.

Location is good and nearby Velocity mall which is local mall with food court thats a value added. But the hotel service can be improved indeed. The receptionist had not intially informed us the BF place n swimming pool n gym room until we asked after check in finished. All the hotel staff not even friendly with no smile even face to face at the lobby lift or BF place at all😣. I haven't exprienced this kind of staff ever never even at the developed countries like Cambodia, or African ccountries like Tunisia.

For my first visit to Singapore, I’m so glad I chose Oasia Hotel Novena. The location is unbeatable for non-drivers; having the Novena MRT station right in the basement made navigating the city’s efficient transit system incredibly easy. The amenities were a highlight, and the in-room Nespresso machine was a much-appreciated touch for a morning caffeine fix.
If I were to nitpick, we did encounter a couple of minor issues: the AC temperature in our room was difficult to adjust (though our friend’s room was fine), and the shower water was a bit temperamental—switching between very hot and very cold rather than holding a steady lukewarm. However, these were small setbacks in an otherwise great stay. If I find myself back in Singapore, Oasia Novena will definitely be my first pick.

We had a good time during our stay at Oasia Hotel Novena. The environment was quiet and relaxing. Special shoutout to Kisty at the Living Room (lounge) who provided exceptional service. Point to improve though, was that some of the facilities were faulty - Binds no working properly, heater at jacuzzi not working, 1 out of 3 treadmills in gym working etc. Overall it was a pleasant stay! Will come again.

Enjoyed my second stay here. Staff is attentive and friendly. My room was comfortable to a bit chilly. Thermostat located at knee level next to bed. For a full day the room had a continued whif of cigarette smell. Surprised from a smoke free property.

It was awesome! Such a comfortable and convenient stay, everything you need is just a few steps away, groceries or meals are obtainable within 15 minutes!!!

You can take the subway directly from the airport to the hotel, which is located at the -3rd floor subway station. Once you exit, there's a shopping mall right there, making dining very convenient. The room is quite spacious, the environment is elegant, and it's very quiet for sleeping. Highly recommended!

I mean, my expectations for a chain restaurant isnt really that high, but somehow they just made me disappointed anyway.
There are little choices for Ramen and the only things you can change are the meat and the soup base. Please put in more effort into your menu for Ramen, its oversimplified.
Then there is the sushi thats been on the conveyor for more than 1 hour. Well, you guys ought to have some sort of system to remove non-fresh sushi off the conveyor. I can tell that the sushi has been sitting there cos I saw it go past me multiple times and Im sure its that plate cos the plate has some stain the edge. (Hygiene as well)
I would say service is pretty good cos the intern/trainee kept bowing to us and it makes me feel bad to say the service wasnt up to standard. But seriously I have no complaints for the service, though it isnt as speedy as you want it to be.
Im traumatised and I dont think I want to go to other outlets anymore.
