I originally booked a room at this hotel, but when I arrived, the front desk informed me that there was an issue with their rooms. They asked if I would be willing to switch to one of their other branches, offered to call a taxi for me, covered the fare, and even upgraded my room type for free. The service was absolutely excellent! Plus, the new hotel they moved me to even had a swimming pool, and the cleanliness was also quite good.

Quite a basic hotel, but then again, Singapore is super expensive. No slippers provided, but it was clean, and close to the subway. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs too.

Although the room was small, it was very clean, not damp, and had no peculiar smell. The facilities were complete, and I had a comfortable stay. Taking the subway was quite convenient, and the surrounding area was great for exploring. 😄

Nice and cozy hotel in Bugis district which provide excess to MRT , Meal and Shopping within the walking distance

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, and within walking distance to many attractions. Don't expect too much else, though; for Singapore, this price point is actually quite good.

Very accommodating and friendly staff. If you are looking to stay in SG and have a full itinerary this hotel is budget friendly and the room offers a good place for sleep. It is near almost every tourist spots and right next door is the 7/11.

WiFi too slow for even normal webbrowsing.

Wall sockets did not work with my travel adaptor.

WiFi is free, but has a signup page and will require you to signup again every hour.

The staff is noisier than the crowd. Excited extroverted teenager staff does not match the relaxed atmosphere expected from a coffee shop.

The mains came at awkward timings so when I was finished, the other party hasn’t even received his share. Food was obviously pre heated and my smoked salmon came in shreds. Ambience was decent but the furniture is probably breeding lice. Very unhygienic.
