The room was a bit small; opening the door with a suitcase in the way was a tight squeeze. This is quite typical for Singapore at this price point. The facilities were complete, and it was clean and hygienic. It's very close to NUS, which was convenient as I was visiting with my child. There are plenty of dining options nearby, a 7-Eleven and a Chinese supermarket right outside, and bus stops are easily accessible. Overall, it offers good value for money. The front desk staff provided excellent service in Chinese.

The room was tiny with no amenities whatsoever – no slippers, no windows, and no toothbrush. You have to bring everything yourself.

Out of all the hotels I've stayed at, this one was truly exceptional, a 'god-tier' experience! 👍 From the moment I stepped in, I could feel the luxurious ambiance. The lobby is spacious and bright, with exquisite and tasteful decor. The warm, soft yellow lighting felt like a comforting embrace.

The hotel room was quite small and the window couldn't be opened, but it was very clean. There are many bus lines right outside the door, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby, and it's close to both the National University of Singapore and West Coast Park.

The room was a bit small, but overall it was still very good. There's a bus stop right outside, making it very convenient to get anywhere. There was a slight delay during check-in due to a communication issue, but we were able to get into the room promptly. When checking out, the female front desk staff member provided excellent service and spoke Chinese. She must be Singaporean, haha! Thank you to her!

The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Room was snug (it was tricky to unpack my luggage as there was barely any spare space), but it had everything I needed. Very close to convenience stores and restaurants, and a bus stop right in front. Would stay again if I’m visiting NUS.

I have stayed at Ibis Budget West Coast several times. The location suits me as I am mostly moving around NUS, Clementi and West Coast. It does not have any food or drink outlets, but there is hot drink making facilities in the room. Besides the hotel is located near to very affordable and varied eating places. The staff, from the reception to the cleaners, are all very friendly, helpful and always with a smile even though they work long hours. They remember their regular guests and are very welcoming when we sign in.

We & other family members often stay here to visit our studying children. Superb cleanliness, amazing staffs & service are what keep us coming back. We feel like home every time we stay here. Very easy to get variety of food, 7 Eleven & laundromats nearby, BUS STOP right in front of the hotel! Just take 143 for Orchard! Shout out & kudos to all staffs especially Mr Eng Lee & Mr Roy who are always ready to provide good hospitality! Many thanks to you all🙏🏻🙏🏻
