Service counter very helpful and give better answer and other hotel
Cleanliness: This was the best part, the only redeeming quality.
Environment: Average. It's not far from the MRT station, making it convenient to get around.
Service: Practically nonexistent. The staff were generally polite, and you could communicate in Mandarin. Hotels in Singapore are indeed expensive, so I guess this is what you get. Just avoid the accessible room by the entrance, it's unbearable.
