Inexpensive accomodations in Sochi

Because of the convenient location very easy to get anywhere in the city, including the famous Olympic Park. And in walking distance to different parks and entertainment, and of course the sea(5 minutes walk)

This is a great place to stay if you are young and only care about getting some sleep, the beds have clean sheets and towels, you get personal safe, free WiFi and overall pretty much clean area.

We went with the children, very much, the room is exactly as pictured, Breakfast of course it is possible and better to do, but it's a nice bonus - a free ticket to the water Park "Mayak", convenient location, helpful staff, all gorgeous, come again!

The beach is nearby, complimentary access to the aquapark, which features sun loungers, showers, dressing rooms, which are also free. Convenient location, all within walking distance

I like this hotel and I will tell you why. Affordable rooms with an optimal ratio of price and quality. The area is quiet, despite the fact that the hotel is in the center of Sochi

The room is as described, crisp white linen, comfortable mattress, air conditioning is working properly, the bathroom good, towels a lot. Breakfast is generous and without limits

I liked everything, especially the breakfast. The menu is varied, for all tastes, there were many tourists with children and everyone ate with pleasure. The staff is friendly, welcoming

There are 1-2 bus stops to the center of Sochi, about 50 minutes on foot (you have to overcome several stairs, because there is a road junction on the way and the pedestrian road passes under it)

The rooms are a bit rundown and need some refurbishment but are clean and comfortable. The description of the room fully corresponded to reality, all the equipment worked

Minus - the hotel is on a hill, it is not indicated in the description

Very nice maid advised how to wash pants) The only thing missing is a microwave! And I never found the way to the sea, twice I ran into closed fences

In general, I liked everything. There are 2 buildings in the network - 3 stars and 2. I lived in 2 - without water coolers, elevators and reception

I was also upset by the poor sound insulation, in the morning I was awakened by the screams of children from the next room, they were so mad that I had to complain to the reception, after that everything seemed to calm down

It is better to take the Windows into the courtyard (specify when booking) because the Kurortny Avenue quite noisy. There is a bus stop, shop and arboretum. To Adler to go on the bus for about 40-50 minutes

In general, a good hotel, for some reason it was cool in the main part of the hotel, given that it was winter outside. The staff is not very friendly, the breakfast is quite expensive

The outside hot pool is not that hot

The breakfast is excellent, in 2 weeks it can get boring, but for 3-5 days it's just super. The view of the jungle is so-so, the sea is more cheerful)))

The standard rooms are not very big, but clean and nice. Provide bathrobes and towels for going to the pool and Spa

Everything about this hotel is great! Comfort, food, service, pool. The only downside is that it's very difficult to get to the beach. The closest one is small and has a steep, long climb up and down

You have to travel to other city beaches. It might be inconvenient during peak season. But the hotel itself is very good!

The view from the balcony is decent; we got a room overlooking the roof of the neighboring building, and then the sea. Overall, it's beautiful, and the balcony is small and cozy. The only downside is the poor Wi-Fi

Because of the discomfort: - when switched on, condensation from the air conditioner flowed out of it onto the bedside table in the room; - the girls at the reception are demonstratively indifferent to the guests, and some are also extremely slow! But the existing discomfort is compensated by the cost of living!

Very cozy hotel, we had a spacious suite with a huge living room and bedroom. The staff is polite and helpful. I would like to separately note the food: everything is incredibly delicious, large portions

I would redo the shower, although it’s good that it’s a tiled box and not a moldy stall!!! A little about the bad: before me, the guests smoked in the room and the HK service did not remove this disgusting smell

We have 2 air conditioners in our room. A real four of bathrobes, a huge amount of towels, 3 bottles of water, upon check-in we were brought a compliment on a golden platter with a bottle of wine and sweets

Perfect cleanliness - the room was cleaned every day! A wonderful and inexpensive restaurant, friendly staff (on the last day, due to an early flight, we left before breakfast at 6 am, and the staff packed us breakfast with us) - what more could you ask for? We had an attic room for two people in Provence style

A very interesting hotel in terms of architecture, everything is designed in the same style, 20 m from the Riviera beach and 100 m from the Riviera park, delicious, good serving of dishes, you can dine on the street and in the hall, the interior design of the hall is very aristocratic

Meals are not included but there is a restaurant just outside the hotel where guests have breakfast available for a very low price. Overall great value for price, amazing location

Located on the main street, 5 minute walks to museums nearby, plenty of restaurants and the sea is only 10 minutes by walk. we had some issues with the room but staff was very helpfull, immediately resolved our issue

We rented two two-room suites and were satisfied. Access to the balcony from both rooms, from the bedroom and from the living room. On the balcony there is a table, chairs and a clothes dryer

Nice huge room, comfy bed, personal washing machine! Dinner table fo 3 people, the place is pretty quite, not much noise. No elevator though (the hotel is on the 3rd floor) the British would call it 2nd floor.
