- The male staff (with acne marks on the face) is rude! When I check-in, he asked for my passport and asked me to translate the rules. I took a photo and translated it; waited for a few seconds then he said “do you understand?” I said I translated it already. He gave me the key and when I went to my room, I noticed that my Passport is missing. I went back to him and found out he just left it on his desk. The next day while I was in the middle of washing my clothes, he turned off the machine because it was past 10pm and did not just give me a few minutes as my clothes are soaking wet. I went back the early morning to use the dryer, after 30 minutes, my clothes are still wet and when I extended 30 more minutes os spin drying, he immediately appeared at my back saying “what are you doing?’ and turned off the machine again
- Reception staff behave very poor.Sharing toilet women and male.Very bad smells. Staff will not teach how to enter inside hotel frm out side.Rude guy.If ask any questions make nasty sound with ugly face.Horrible staff.
- Employees of the front aren't so kind unlike the repairman who do maintenance in the building. Warm water in shower rooms don't work well when another guest takes a shower even using toilet. The temperature changes a lot, so it's difficult to take a shower with warm water continuously.

- People at reception dont speak english
- I didn’t like the room. It was so small that I couldn’t even squat down. The soundproofing was not good. I could hear the snoring next door. The receptionist was very rude. He needed registration documents. I didn’t know what they were. Just ask me to leave, or should I figure it out on my own? I only found out after asking others. What a terrible experience.
