Terrible housekeeping . They don't clean cups and plates. Floor is not sweeped don't replace water bottles. The staff is extremely rude. They consider u poor from other countries. For restaurant they said u can't pay by cash book from site which was a lie. Horrible experience and they have left me wondering about russian etiquettes of treating humans.
Nice hotel, new rooms and comfortable beds. Don't look at the exterior, outside this hotel is not so nice like inside.
Sevastopol modern: a Decent double rooms for the price of one. Good service and Breakfast. The hotel fresh.
Great hotel near the subway. Reasonable price, quiet location, small hotel and excellent Breakfast buffet to suit every taste. The disadvantages include distance from the center of Moscow
Perfectly renovated inside. From the outside yet. The service even has a limp. The photo on the website and everything true.
Horrible place. The hotel is expensive. Shopping malls - the former guest room. The Indians sell Chinese goods. A lot of people. The elevators are full of stairways and in rooms not overcrowded.
I was 3 nights in Sevastopol Modern. Nice room, clean, tidy, fresh renovation, good plumbing. The Breakfast is yummy. A small minus, the restaurant does not accept payment cards. I had to call the service. Very convenient location. Metro in 2 minutes. Overall, more pluses than minuses. Wi Fi in room works perfectly.
the walls are thin and sound carries, it's nowhere near a good shop, room cleanliness wants to leave the best!
The first day I even had to move to another room
if you hope for while you are at work/shop/tour the day your room will clean up... I can't even hope! the maximum that'll do is make the bed!!!
The first day I paid for extra dinner (if you think you are in a three star hotel with a good restaurant, you're wrong) Fresh salad which was stated in the menu were kind of like rotten vegetables filled in a lot of butter, the waiter announced that the second served pilaf and instead brought dry and cold mashed potatoes ....
To extend the room had a problem that on the second day of the third because the cashier or when there is no change!!!
On the third day they all decided not to clean my room....!!!!!
The lighting in the rooms are made equal so that it was possible using light beacons to see which direction to move to the bed.... if you love to read then it is unlikely you will succeed!!!!
The location of outlets is not very convenient and as shown at times less than the hotels do not have any kind of stardom!
When you exit the hotel they told me was unable to provide bills on the residence because they had broken the printer and promised to send in the mail (I think they sent?) account still waiting...
Bottom line: If you think this is a three star hotel then you are deeply mistaken!!! Personally, I have one foot in this hotel to friends and also will not advise! For the money you can find a more favorable hotel where You will meet and serve at a higher level!!!

Good location of the hotel- walking distance to metro station and supermarket, mc donalds, very quiet place. Good location to start to Moreon or Luzhniki waterpark. Private free car parking. Exelent breakfasts. Good standart two-bedroom. It was chilly in room in January, so we had to use included room heater. There were a lack of hangers for clothers, but after first call to reception, staff give us some extra. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children, car travellers.
Very nice and beautiful hotel near to city transportation. Room are clean and checked on time. If you are on tour then it’s better to stay near to red circle because you can have cheaper and near hotels there. In this place people with no immigration documents are living and working so you might be disturbed by police asking everywhere about your documents.
