Amazing place to stay , but there is no coffee shop or halal restaurant you can walk to it
I found this to be quite an old-fashioned hotel. Honestly, whether it was the lobby, the room fixtures, the internet service, or the breakfast, I felt they were all just mediocre. But then again, most hotels in Moscow are pretty much like this, so maybe I shouldn't have expected too much. Overall, I personally don't think it offers good value for money and wouldn't particularly recommend it.
It was good, but the fact that the swimming pool charges extra is simply unacceptable. I'm already on a tight budget in Russia, so even though I brought my swimsuit, I couldn't go for a swim. However, the dinner menu at the restaurant was surprisingly delicious.
Fantastic hotel, all we can do is praise the staff and easyness of checkin. Everything was perfect
The room was a bit small, but quite clean. However, it was overpriced, and the curtains were broken. It definitely didn't live up to its 5-star hotel name. Paying 2000 for one night felt like a total rip-off.

The child and I liked everything very much. The receptionist is polite, the maid is polite. The room is cozy, clean, warm. Economy room with a double bed. Provided towels and a warm blanket. I went to Panorama 3 times. In one room there is a big crack on all the glass. The pass that is given at the reception works every other time, doors and turnstiles do not always open the first time. The location is great. But the rooms are not 4 stars. The view from the windows is beautiful but the windows are dirty, the shampoo jar in the bathroom is empty. The water does not drain ... A simple hotel, okay for a night. It's a bit far from the metro with a suitcase. The sound quality is awesome, the breakfast is very simple - sausage, cheese, bread and sweets, there is no canteen, you take everything to the room.
