- the room didn't have enough ventilation and since arriving felt some smells, probably from the bathroom pipes or i don't know, was not very strong but was there, we wanted to open the windows, but there wasn't possible. then, from 3 days, was no elevator (was damaged) and the room was in the 4th floor! so very uncomfortable! only the last day elevator worked.

A cozy and quiet hotel with good transport accessibility. Clean rooms with a good design, the shower has everything you need from a toothbrush to a full-size hair dryer. Special thanks for the ironing board with an iron - this is always very much lacking when traveling! Breakfasts are excellent, you will not leave hungry and they start at 7:30. The staff are polite and helpful. The only downside is that the parking in front of the entrance is a bit small and a classic shower curtain was missing, but these are minor things.

I am absolutely delighted with the hotel, the services, the price-quality ratio is beyond praise, excellent geolocation and service! Pet accommodation is included, hurray. Although my dog is the best-behaved in the world, few people care, but here, accommodation with a pet is hassle-free, happiness. A fragrant robe, disposable slippers, an ironing board, an iron, a shoe brush, disposable soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, even hair conditioner, a shower cap, cotton swabs and cotton pads, my God, class, free water, 2 pcs, everything is new, air conditioning. I recommend!!!

- The entrance. Had heavy luggage. Needed to go down using steps and then take elevator to 4th Floor. Reception was in the 4th floor which was inconvenient. The steps at the entrance was a big inconvenience.

+ Food was good. Had variety of fruits, nuts, cereals, yogurt, pancakes, meat, porridge, vegetables and hash brown, etc. Taste could have been better. Vegetables less cooked. Also had bread, variety of crossiant, tea/coffee.- The entrance. Had heavy luggage. Needed to go down using steps and then take elevator to 4th Floor. Reception was in the 4th floor which was inconvenient. The steps at the entrance was a big inconvenience.

- A very strong smell of incense/spice in the hallways. It was a nice smell but too much. It actually hurt my nose... Smell wasn't in the room though, only the hallway.

Not the first time I stay here. Excellent hotel for reasonable money. The cost varies constantly, on weekends the price is lower. The breakfast is excellent (buffet), although sometimes the buffet is not served (apparently due to the small number of guests), in this case the breakfast menu is on the tables, but this does not spoil the impression. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cleaned daily. The staff is polite. So far, I don't think about changing the hotel for short-term stays in the Capital.

Excellent hotel! The most accommodating and friendly staff I have ever met. Not a single request was denied. It can be seen that everything is in its place and there is a close-knit team. The breakfast buffet is varied and very tasty. Excellent conditions in the rooms. Very clean and cleaning every day. We lived in a triple room with a small kitchen - very convenient. Good location of the hotel - near the metro, many shops and cafes. At the same time, the area is calm and quiet.

The hotel is small, located on the 3rd and 4th floors. The rooms are modern and clean. Good soundproofing. There is no ramp at the entrance, but there is a person who helps). Convenient location, next to the park, you can walk to the embankment. From the windows you can see Moscow City. The staff is quite friendly. Late check-out and early check-in cost 50% of the room rate.
