It was such a nice experience in this hotel using this application, it’s my first time visiting Moscow and they made it magical. Thank you for having me and treated me very well

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, and the concierge team was excellent—very cooperative and helpful, especially Anastasia who supported us a lot

They have beautiful Lakeview rooms. But most of the staff can't understand English. The surrounding environment of the hotel is great. You can enjoy the sky crappers view just outside the hotel

The location is beautiful by the river, the facilities were clean, and it’s very convenient with everything nearby or connected to the hotel (supermarket, ATMs, pharmacy, and a small mall)

It was good, but the fact that the swimming pool charges extra is simply unacceptable. I'm already on a tight budget in Russia, so even though I brought my swimsuit, I couldn't go for a swim

The room was a bit small, but quite clean. However, it was overpriced, and the curtains were broken. It definitely didn't live up to its 5-star hotel name. Paying 2000 for one night felt like a total rip-off.

Hotel location was easy to find and the appearance was good.

Nice little hotel in the old district of Moscow. Was in a two story room, the feeling is unusual - lower floor with high ceilings, 4 meters,but the top - we have to be careful to get out of bed to avoid hitting my head

High ceilings, just the way I like them! But the most important thing is the location! There are lots of shops, cafes, and a tram nearby. And I prefer the tram to the metro

they are not changing sheets daily, bad model of tv at room with bad signal, WIFI was giving fake signal and mostly very weak, given user name and password for Internet by russian languages while I'm foreigner have only English keypad! recipients were hardly talking English

Basement room, but quite spacious! The water pressure was low, and they didn't provide any bottled water or an electric kettle. I had to buy a large bottle every day from outside

The environment is quiet and clean. It's convenient to get to Red Square, the Kremlin, and Arbat Street, and the metro is also easily accessible.

Meanwhile my favourite hotel in Moscow!!! Where else would you find for this kind of price a suite-style room with a little kitchenette and a spacey bathroom??? Add the fee swimming pool and spa and a simple yet complete and low priced breakfast and this is a winner!!!

Kind of nice place to stay. Rooms are small and showers/toilets are located on floor( you have to share them). But it has cool chilling room and it's in city centre. 420 friendly.
