We had a pleasant stay at this charming hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Kitay-gorod Metro station and Red Square—making it easy to explore the heart of Moscow. The staff spoke English, were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance arranging a taxi after our arrival at Sapsan Leningradsky Station. The rooms were quiet, clean and tidy. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. I stayed for 5 nights at first, and stayed again for 2 nights after returning from St. Petersburg.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, has a swimming pool, hot springs, and gym, and the service is average. The facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is rich. There were unsafe factors. I was harassed by people knocking on the door and making phone calls. I was slightly frightened. I later applied to change rooms and slept peacefully for a night.

Friendly staff. I does not have enough Russian Rubles when I reached hotel, I was planning to leave my bulky luggage in hotel and go out for exchange. The friendly receptionist Magarita told me it's Sunday, so most of the money changer are closed and I may pay the money once I get exchange the next day. I really feel so touched and heartwarming that she trusted me.

The room was not the one in the picture, but much worse. When I commented on this matter the answer from the staff was "It's a different category" - So, why do you use a different category picture for my booking? Clearly purposely misleading.

Staffs are very nice!!! They are friendly and help us about registration to the immigration a lot. Location is not far from Kitay-gorod station. Good environment.

Room was comfortable with its own Split AC/Heat. View was awesome, bed was ok, pillows we’d good and sheets were good. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Dinner was good but a little pricey but what isn’t now days. Breakfast was ok…have had better for sure.

Excelente location, I worried that it might be noisy at night but with a window closed there was no problem. The room was clean and cozy, not big but enough for two people. Amazing bathroom I have to say! Online hose supports you through and after, which makes your staying even more comfortable

We had a wonderful rest in this hotel after a difficult flight and long excursion walks. Cozy, nice room, where there is everything you need. There are no curtains in the attic, and someone is constantly knocking on the roof, there is no chance of getting a good night's sleep.

Very good and friendly service. 5-10 mins walk to the Red Square! I liked my stay in Marosejka. They even ordered a taxi to the airport for me on request. The biggest plus point for me was I was able to book this hotel without out a card to pay on arrival through Zenhotels app as most of the credit & debit cards don't work in Russia. I'm glad I chose Ironium Hotel as it's conveniently located within many restaurants, bars and convenient stores. Most of the attractions are close by. It's a very clean & cosy little hotel. 40 meters from Pokrovka street that has everything you can imagine I can not think of a better location. Super modern, brand new. Room/hotel constructed with the finest top class materials. This is what I call great value for mono. House keeping daily. Sparkling clean place. Personally I did not need any service. Really excellent hotel, we arrived at 9.30 am after night long train ride and we managed to check in earlier thanks to nice receptionist. Rooms are quiet, good dark curtains, spacious bathroom. Also location is very good, close to everything, but in a quiet street. Breakfast was vast variety and choice. Lobby with nice comfortable chairs. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the rooms are small but clean and comfortable and well equipped. Central location meant that we could walk to most of the places that we wanted to visit

I really wanted to give a 4 stars to this hotel: the staff is not very friendly but given the location the price is you pay is a very good one. Unfortunately, I have to give them 3 stars for the crazy air conditioning system they had: there is no way to turn it off (it is centralized) so the only solution they gave us was to put an electronic stove in the room. It works, but really not the best solution...

In reality, it is not a hotel but a b&b. The owner gives all, working by myself, 24/7. Unfortunately the walls are very thin, and is not infrequently wake up to the casino of the other guests (russians, maleducatissimi) and of the managers, who cry out from 6 in the morning. Fantastic hotel, very comfortable room, nice breakfast and within walking distance to city center. On the first day I used taxi but on my second day I took the underground which is very convenient from the hotel.

The room is clean, everything you need is there. The only point is poor sound insulation. You can hear everything that happens in the next room. Nice and clean, close to the town center. However, rooms are very small. It is a typical budget hotel.

Pretty good for a 3 star hotel. The only downside is that the rooms are not sound proof and you'll be able to hear other people. It isn't incredibly thin, but still.

A great central location, but the hotel is low value and staff is neither too supportive nor professional. Breakfast is basic. Central Heating in autumn is too much and not possible to adjust. So we kept air conditioning on just to keep cooler in the room.

An air conditioner was broken in our room. We notified reception and got put into a different room without any issues. The staff was polite and helpful. Overall it is a nice reasonably priced place right in the center. 20 min walking distance from the railroad station.
