We had a pleasant stay at this charming hotel. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Kitay-gorod Metro station and Red Square—making it easy to explore the heart of Moscow. The staff spoke English, were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance arranging a taxi after our arrival at Sapsan Leningradsky Station. The rooms were quiet, clean and tidy. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was soft and comfortable. I stayed for 5 nights at first, and stayed again for 2 nights after returning from St. Petersburg.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, has a swimming pool, hot springs, and gym, and the service is average. The facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is rich. There were unsafe factors. I was harassed by people knocking on the door and making phone calls. I was slightly frightened. I later applied to change rooms and slept peacefully for a night.

Friendly staff. I does not have enough Russian Rubles when I reached hotel, I was planning to leave my bulky luggage in hotel and go out for exchange. The friendly receptionist Magarita told me it's Sunday, so most of the money changer are closed and I may pay the money once I get exchange the next day. I really feel so touched and heartwarming that she trusted me.

The room was not the one in the picture, but much worse. When I commented on this matter the answer from the staff was "It's a different category" - So, why do you use a different category picture for my booking? Clearly purposely misleading.

A cozy place in the city center, with double-glazed windows and no road noise. The design is pleasing to the eye. The staff is helpful. We asked for breakfast early, and they made it. The biggest plus point for me was I was able to book this hotel without out a card to pay on arrival through Zenhotels app as most of the credit & debit cards don't work in Russia. I lived at room 1st floor room . There was noise from the bars and cafes outside and tried to change room during my 5-days stay but all rooms were full.

We stayed in a twin bed + extra bed room. The room was spacious, the twin beds were comfortable, but the extra bed was a bit hard. We got an attic room.

Really excellent hotel, we arrived at 9.30 am after night long train ride and we managed to check in earlier thanks to nice receptionist. Rooms are quiet, good dark curtains, spacious bathroom. Also location is very good, close to everything, but in a quiet street. Breakfast was vast variety and choice. Lobby with nice comfortable chairs. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

I really wanted to give a 4 stars to this hotel: the staff is not very friendly but given the location the price is you pay is a very good one.
