A very boring hotel with no windows. It has no lobby, and there are no windows at breakfast, only a dirty glass roof. The rooms are very gray, boring, and empty. Like a cave. The windows looked inside (a well), and the air conditioner was noisy all night. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Something needs to be changed.

A perfect hotel in an unbeatable location, right next to St. Isaac's and the Winter Palace, close to the cruise ship terminal, and a short walk to Nevsky Prospekt. Several years ago it was just another Soviet hotel without significant service and outdated rooms, but now it is quite modern. For the price maybe they have the best quality in Ulan-Ude.

The room overlooked the foyer, and because many events were held there, the music during celebrations was disturbing, especially at bedtime.
