Loved the hotel! Just had a terrible incident, where two guys opened my room and walked right in.. Turns out the reception staff made a mistake and gave other people same room. That being said, the staff handled the situation adequately and resolved the issue and apologized for the mistake, and gave us a voucher for free breakfast.

The hotel's location is close to shops and restaurants, but not close to Red Square. The hotel is very quiet, and there is an Arab person named Amin who is very helpful and helps us as much as possible. There is also a currency exchange office inside the hotel.

We liked the room service starting from reception, room housekeeping , restaurant. The communication between us and the staff was good. We appreciate your hard work.

200 meters far from Mayakovskaya metro station. Could be more fruits, even local seasonable. Different kinds of fish in the morning is an advantage.

Very convenient location of the hotel, another important thing is a comfortable bed. Clean and pleasant to the body bed linen. Very good SPA complex, there are outdoor and indoor pools, private beach, though you need to walk about 200 meters to get to it, and it is available to other people for a fee, but this is common practice in Sochi. Cool hotel. My husband and I were here for our wedding anniversary. The impressions were good and there were no complaints about the service of the staff. The restaurant has a very diverse range of dishes, I had a chance to try a lot of new things and they were quite tasty. Good drinks, entertainment. We had a great time.

A beautiful city and the location of the hotel on the seashore is very good. The windows offer beautiful views. The hotel itself is well maintained, newly renovated, cozy and clean. This hotel is perfect for families. The pools are large, warm, and great slides for kids and adults. We rested last year and the sea was cold, we didn’t swim for a long time, but we had a great time in the pools. The cuisine here is great. The variety is simply top notch. Even our picky kids ate well here.
