All staff were friendly, although most couldn't speak English they were very warm and positive. The room was good and clean.

This was my favourite hotel I sampled in this city. The shopping mall next door and the other mall within 5km were both within walking distance. There were a bunch of good restaurants within walking distance as well and the restaurant onsite was good. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and service was good.

3 Star Hotel. Dont expect much from it. The best part is; close to the crocus exhibition center. Its a bit dirty, no changing bed even if you stay 20 days. Employees barely speak English. Went in April 2019. First time ever in Moscow and for an exhibition at Crocus. So, as newbie to the city, that hotel served its purpose as exhibition was litterally a couple of minutes away from the hotel door. Decent facilities but a bit bare: a gym addition will make it better. Shopping mall (Vegas) and supermarket within the same Crocus complex.

There was a room with a kind of 'window' into next hall, where was a dancing competition. So you can imagine how 'great' it was to stay there hearing loud music and people's voices. Plus, receptionist was not friendly at all - he saw that I am with two small children, but he declined my question to give us early checkin, so we had to wait!

The staff is simply amazing! An unforgettable stay at Kul Gali, the pool and spa area were absolutely stunning!

We spent the weekend in this wonderful place and had a fantastic time. The hotel is stunningly beautiful, designed in an oriental style, so you feel like you've stepped into a fairy tale. The aqua zone is also wonderful; the water is like warm milk, so you don't feel any discomfort when entering. The hammam 💣 personally immersed me in a state of peace and happiness. We had a buffet breakfast...

First, if someone closes the door of the room next to yours, you hear your door shaking. Second, the mansaf and bathroom robes are not clean and smell of massage oil. Third, breakfast is the same as the other meals and limited. Fourth, the location is not within walking distance of anything except a small grocery store and Burger King.

Arrived late at night. This is one of the few hotels in Russia where the front desk speaks good English. The service is thoughtful and the explanation is detailed. The transportation is convenient and it is close to the subway entrance. The facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich.

The hotel is definitely 4 stars. The girls at the reception were extremely unpleasant. Dirty carpet. I do not recommend it.

My request was smokers room but no one told me when I checked in that the hotel is no smoking hotel Therefore, they charged me 20,000 Rubels for smoking .. i discussed with them but they dont understand so I paid Some of the staff were really nice and supportive like Karim, Reda and Elizabeth

I like everything about the hotel and they have kind staff specially the supervisor Anastasia she is very humble and helpful

Anna She is one of the great employees. She is responsive, cheerful and special. She deserves the job of hotel manager for her care and kind treatment. Thanks to her.

Receptionist are very helpful and answer any questions to help tourists in Moscow. Plus they speak English. The hotel was very clean and great housekeeping. The location is safe and good for walk to go to bank, coffee, local restaurants, and metro station.

Some cleaners put dirty pieces in the bathroom. you can get better location as a tourist. Staff are nice but don’t speak good English.

The receptionist was very helpful she went an extra mile to help us i think her name was Ekaterina. Overall great stay lovely hotel

Customer service agent *Angelina* lacks basic communication skills and behaves rudely, showing unnecessary attitude as if she owns the hotel. The management should take strict action against such unprofessional staff.
