This is an older five-star hotel, but the bedding and breakfast were both excellent. It's also quite close to the train and subway stations. Chose this hotel for its proximity to the Seven Sisters, and the lobby is absolutely stunning. The hygiene is excellent, with all amenities replaced daily. Luggage storage was convenient, and the staff were very polite. The hotel's location is great, close to both the subway and intercity train stations. Front desk receptionists--two of the girls were bad ,especially to Chinese. First, we checked in until 2 pm although we arrived at 6 am and at last we got our comfortable room after changing with the help of the other good girl! This is the worst experience we have ever had and we are disappointed at Hilton Hotel. Maybe we won't consider about Hilton Hotel when travelling because of the two girls.

The hotel is super, located right next to the cable car, plus there is a transfer every 30 minutes. Parking is free. The place is ideal for a company holiday. Large comfortable cottages where you can sit well in the common room. There is everything you need to relax. Pleased with its own cooler in each cottage. The hotel has a beautiful design and a cozy fireplace in the lobby, but it's a long way from the metro station, especially since in winter there was ice mixed with snow on the streets. Excellent hotel. I prefer the second building on the first line. I get rooms with a balcony. Nice cookies at check-in. If you don't eat them, just smell them. Quiet and delicious. The restaurant is a bit pricey, though.

We were concerned about the negative reviews before our trip, and it's a good thing we didn't listen to them. We go to hotels occasionally, and so far this is the only one we'd like to return to. Very bad treatment from the hotel manager calling us at 1 am to come and pay the room charges, even though we have paid all rooms charges on the second day. The house is very near the Ermitaga. Room is comfortable and clean. Good for owner, condition, and service.

1. My room was in the 10th floor which doesn’t have good view., the window was high which didn’t permit me to view outside. 2. The bed and bed mattress were very old and bad. 3. No concierge which is very bad. 4. The refrigerator in the room was not working and not fixed neither replaced.

خاب ضني في الموقع الي حجزت فيه طلبت غرفتين منفصلات و تفاجأت انه غرفه وصاله وحاول الي في الاستقبال يساعدنا بس الزمنا ندفع حول 800 دولار غير كذا لم يسلمنا الغرفه لين دفعنا المبلغ الي طلبه ل تغير الحجز و اصلن نحن حجزنا غرفتين

I used junior suite, wonderful view with arbat street. clean and very new room condition. reception desk guy was extremely kind. very close from arbat street, 10mins from city center(with taxi)

During check in there was a polite girl who did a birthday for my daughter she was amazing and respectful. She also checked us in earlier than check in time. I wish i can remember her name but i will mention the checked in date July 31st 2025 at morning time.

Liked the hotel, its location, rooms were clean, space 25m, air condition and bed all the above made my stay pleasant and relaxing.
