At breakfast all the tables were occupied. There were a lot of people. I was asked to wait 15 minutes. I asked the staff if they could call me to my room when a free table appeared. 30 minutes passed, no one called, I went up, breakfast was completely over and everything was cleaned up. The hotel location, rooms, services is excellent. Staff were friendly helpful and speaks English and some of the Arabic. Activities were booked and arranged by the hotel. Hotel is located in one of my favorite areas of the city center. There is 24 hrs fitness and sauna open till 22:00, but they were cool to let me stay there even a bit later. Mostly what you expect from a 5 star hotel. A huge thank you to the lady at the pool called Zara. She caught my girlfriend when she almost slipped and fell such a quick reaction. Later, she also tried to help us find a swimsuit for her, though sadly her size wasn't available. Very responsive and kind.
