We got off the Moscow-Kazan train in an incredibly bad mood, as the air conditioning in the compartment did not work all night, and outside the window it was hellishly hot. The carriage was as hot as a tin can, in which our bodies were stuffed with sprat carcasses. All the compartments sweated and suffered at night, but the morning did not bode well, as August 20, 2021 turned out to be the third day of abnormal heat. The air in the city warmed up to +42C. However, this information eluded us, as we were looking for a route to the hotel. "Hyall" was only 2 kilometers from the station, and therefore it was decided to walk such an "insignificant" distance. However, this decision was wrong. The touch of the sneaker to the platform coincided with a heat wave that swept over me, which immediately reminded me of Taiwan and southern China - a stupefying, intoxicating stuffiness envelops you instantly from head to toe, and your whole body immediately turns into a sweaty kebab, barely figuring out what to do and where to go. In Kazan, everything was aggravated by the lack of clouds, and the sun mercilessly beat down on our poor heads, as if reminding us that they are meant to think, and not to check at what temperature the brain will boil and finally refuse to work. The last 250 meters to the hotel were along Universitetskaya Street, which unpretentiously descended to the "Kazan Arbat" - Bauman Street - from the city university. However, the climb along it was not as unpretentious and easy as it seemed, despite the short distance. For our carelessness and stubbornness, we were generously rewarded with an ocean of cool air that embraced us right outside the front door of the Heyall Hotel. The pleasant administrator Oksana reminded me with a smile that she had warned me during the booking by phone that it was better to go in shorts and a T-shirt, which was the first pleasant moment in communication. The second discovery was the room itself. For 7 thousand rubles we got two wide beds, about 20 meters of free space, a toilet, a bath, robes, a stack of towels and bathroom accessories, slippers, a safe, a TV and a magical air conditioner! It worked, and it was a real paradise! However, to operate it, you need to slightly open the lower wide bar, behind which all the buttons are hidden. We were taught this by the friendly maid Albina, with whom we started talking in the corridor. We immediately noticed that all the people we met smiled and looked into the eyes, it was sincere and open, and not drilled, as often happens in large hotels around the world. All the floors in the rooms and on the floors are covered with a pleasant carpet, we even walked barefoot, because we were too lazy to put on slippers in such heat. The second discovery for us was the pool. Although small - only 3.5 by 10 m - it was damn useful after such an unpleasant contact of our feet with the hot asphalt. And the built-in hydromassage in the form of a powerful stream in the side generally relaxed so much that we did not even want to get out of this primordial environment of all mammals. :) We did not use the gym and sauna, although they offered us. But we went to breakfast with pleasure. It was included in the cost of accommodation. Pastries and sweets were in a large assortment, the head of staff Albina behaved as if we had known each other for a long time and we had the best relationship. Unbelievable, believe me. The food is not uniform, there was a choice. Sausages, omelette, casserole, several types of yogurt, milk, hot porridge, cereal, tea, coffee, juices, watermelon, melon, stuffed tomatoes, sausages, meat... you can't remember everything. Cleanliness, neatness and a friendly atmosphere - that's what we liked the first time we visited this hotel. If we go to Kazan again, we will definitely stay there.

Convenient location, all attractions within walking distance. I liked the spacious clean room, large beds, soft bedding, as many as 4 pillows per guest. There is underground parking. And here's breakfast for the "four".

Pleasant polite staff, chic room, delicious breakfast, swimming pool, sauna and fitness room. Before check-in and after check-out it was possible to leave your luggage, which is a big plus.

I liked the hotel, I don’t know for the price, it was because of the plane’s delay, but the cleanliness and order are at a high level! We'll be back as soon as possible!
