Great location however not good service as we stayed for few days and the rooms weren't cleaned or towels weren't changed everyday. Only first day was fresh and we had to make do with it for the remainder of stay.

There was all sorts of trash in the room that should've been cleaned, including fake eyelashes and a dental floss pick. The bedsheets even had bloodstains. They refused to let me cancel early, and Ctrip did absolutely nothing to help.

The hotel staff were kind and accommodating, and the location was convenient. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness. The room did not feel properly cleaned—I found someone else’s hair in the comb, and the pillowcases and bedsheets appeared used and had visible stains. It made my stay uncomfortable, and I couldn’t rest well that night.I hope the hotel can improve its hygiene standards, as it really affects the overall experience.

Very basic. Very mouldy bathroom. No bath towels (hand towels only). Very hard bed. Very small window (deluxe room) - two other windows are fake.

My trip included three days in Seoul, three in Busan, and four in Jeju Island. Out of all the accommodations I booked during this entire journey, this was hands down the dirtiest and worst hotel I stayed at.
Objectively:
The moment I stepped in, there was a strong smell of stale smoke. The bedsheets were discolored from overuse. (Even the replacement sheets were yellowed and still had hairs on them!) The walls were visibly moldy, and the window sills were thick with dust.
The front desk staff's remarks were utterly senseless. They even had the nerve to say, 'Well, we're not a four or five-star hotel, after all.' Honestly, I wished they would just stop talking, especially since their breath was so offensive.
Please tell your stingy boss: if you can't even ensure basic cleanliness for a non-luxury hotel, then don't bother running a hotel at all. Just open an outhouse instead.

Greater more expected. A little bit far from subway and bus station around 9 mins (700m) but it’s okay

The hotel is not quite as advertised, and the cleanliness needs to be improved more. The hotel is surrounded by karaokes and pubs, so it is not meant for travellers who is expecting peacefulness at night.
