They deceive consumers and collude with Ctrip to bully them! They also maliciously deduct money from customers' accounts.

It's a decent place to stay, quite convenient.

the location is quite far from the public transport so we need to use lots of taxi. there’s not much near the hotel but was okay. the stay was good

Great location! They offer a shuttle service to and from the airport, and it's close to the train station. This area is fantastic for finding food late at night; many shops are open until morning, and there are even 24-hour restaurants. The staff are very kind; when it rained, an old man even lent me an umbrella. You can request extra towels downstairs. However, if you want your room cleaned, you might need to specifically ask them. You can leave your luggage with them. The room was spacious, and I especially loved how large the bathroom was, with a separate shower and toilet. Free drinking water is also available downstairs anytime.

Great hotel in a perfect location. It’s very close to the metro, markets, and plenty of food options. Everything was convenient and comfortable. I had a smooth and pleasant stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The area feels safe and easy to walk around. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and not too dirty, and it was very convenient as it was close to the station.
I was concerned that there was trash left in the trash can.
It was inconvenient that there was only one charger socket, next to the bed.

It's about the same distance from two subway stations, and there are various restaurants and popular food stores nearby. It's also quite close to department stores. The hotel also has parking. I've stayed here twice and it's pretty good.

Extremely friendly staff, and I think that’s THE best part of this hotel. Shout out to the wonderful service and staff
The room is kinda dark compared to other hotels.
There is dark spot on toilet seat, but I brought disposable toilet pat so that’s no big problem. TBH I can’t even see stuff well cuz it’s too dark but I do think the place is lowkey old.

The room was clean. It depends on the room, but it was a good choice. I used the bus a lot on this trip. But it was very convenient because it was close to Yeongdeungpo Station.
